f-f-f-fight replied to your post “#anyway when will see magnus summon and control entire packs of demons…”

he coos at them lovingly i’m sure

ALL OF THIS please and thanks; I want one of them pouncing on his chest and everyone just looks tense as hell but nope, Magnus is just nuzzling it and scratching its belly while it flops around on top of him.

And yes, Magnus definitely coos at creatures of all kinds from fire breathing cobras to demon spawn.

Within DEITIES verse, a variety of divine creatures can be found inhabiting both Duat and the overworld of Egypt. These beings – who often appear as composite hybrids of different animals – are not generally regarded as “gods” in their own right, or to the same degree as true deities, but they also do not share the primal affinity to chaos energy that demons have. Instead, divine creatures are known to serve as allies, protectors, and companions to other beings, and many are revered as sacred beings by both deities and mortals.

Okay so this is why I’ve been more quiet than usual this week, had to wait until I completed ALL THESE DESIGN REFS for the new Divine Creatures notes! These are mainly concepts and variations/examples of how certain creatures from the mythology appear in DEITIES verse. Visual designs and notes may be adjusted as the project develops, and hopefully I can do some color tests and other artwork of these creatures at a later point in between drafting o)9

Fire Cobra Claw ~ Marauders Edition

The marauders sprint through the corridor, Filch far behind as the four boys stop behind a banister, catching their breath, a few scratches by their feet. The banister moves slightly and they all get ready to run again, stopping only when they see Alice Fortescue.

Alice: Hm, boys?

The four look at each other, wary to give her any details.

Alice: Look, if you want me to get you out of trouble then I need to know what happened.

Alice: What happened?

James: I don’t know… Drank a bit, left the Three Broomsticks, broke a few windows…

James: Just some Ageing Potion…

Alice: What?!

Peter: But we didn’t have enough so we I ended up taking some Polyjuice Potion instead.

Alice: How did… Wait, who did you turn into?

Alice: Lily… Before we keep going, everybody walked away from this in one piece, right?

Sirius: Sure, yeah everybody’s fine… the Three Broomsticks has seen better days though. *chuckles*

Alice: Right, tell me about the windows

Sirius: Well the boys tried to sneak me some firewhiskey for my birthday but it didn’t quite work out

Holly has to bail out Mulch...
  • Holly: So how did they catch you?
  • Mulch: Got hungry, bought some noodles.
  • (Holly pauses, considering the fact that Mulch actually *bought something* during his latest spree.)
  • Holly: Let me handle this. Corporal, this Dwarf is part of a secret LEP task force, Operation... Fire... Cobra Claw.
  • LEP Corporal: Operation Fire Cobra Claw?
  • Holly: That’s right. I can take it from here.

ordinarylittleme  asked:

OOC: What is "The Reborn" about?

Umm… Hmm how to approach this. Well The Reborn are sort of like.. Death Eater’s 2.0?

Phoenix basically sets out to be better than Voldemort, sharing the whole: Pureblood, Best Blood, mentality. And his Order, or his followers, he dubs The Reborn and Marks them pretty much the same way Voldemort does the Death Eaters. Except with a double headed King Cobra spitting fire.

Within this he has his elite, which are the Reborn that he actually trusts and confides in, and they essentially have meetings to forge all the plans. The Elite are Damariss, Evan, Timothy, Gideon, and Landon

Their mission is basically for wizards and purebloods to be better than everyone else. Essentially they want to finish the work that Voldemort set out to do.

This is all mentioned in Phoenix’s Biography

anonymous asked:

Hey! I was wonder if you could a cute Dragon Slayer Brotp. Were the dragon slayers of Fairy Tail show that they truly act like siblings, (they're just to stubborn to show it.) Thanks and have a great day! Or whatever....

Hey, sorry this took so long anon! I’m also just reading your ask properly where it says the dragon slayers of FT, I’m unsure if you meant the guild or the show as a whole so I included Sting, Rogue, and Cobra. I hope you enjoy it :)

(I’ve added my headcanon about dragon slayer’s hair turning the colour of their mate’s while they’re in dragon force).

— — —

“No! I’m telling you the pink dress would look better!” Natsu raged, knee length dress in hand, shoving it in Gajeel’s face.

“And I’m telling you, Salamander, just because your stupid hair is pink, doesn’t mean it’s everyone’s colour!” Gajeel hissed back, black shirt and matching skirt in hand.

Natsu refused to budge, “Pfft. I’ve seen Wendy in Dragon Force, I know pink is her colour.”

“And I’ve seen you in Dragon Force. Funny how your hair matches a certain stripping ice wizard’s when you’re in that state.”

Red tinted Natsu’s cheeks, “THIS ISN’T ABOUT ME, BOLTS FOR BRAINS!”

Sting reached over and plucked the garment from Natsu’s steaming hand. “Relax, Natsu. You’re gonna set another dress on fire.” He flashed Wendy an apologetic smile.

The sky dragon slayer sighed, rubbing her temples. She hadn’t meant to bring all 6 of her big brothers along with her, but as soon as Natsu, Gajeel, and Laxus heard Sting and Rogue were taking her shopping, they refused to take no for an answer. Natsu showed up with Cobra in tow, blabbering on about ‘dragon slayer bonding time,’ despite the murderous glares he got from the poison dragon.

Rogue spoke up for the first time since they got there, “I agree with Natsu. Besides, the pink would match Chelia’s hair.” Gajeel gaped at him. “What? Girls notice things like that. Wear blue on your next date with Levy and watch her reaction.”

“We aren’t dating!” Gajeel seethed. Cobra snorted so loud he was probably heard from across the store. The long haired slayer growled, fist clenching in his struggle to control his temper.

“Oh, man! You should see Gajeel when he’s in Dragon Force –”

“Salamander,” Gajeel’s tone was warning him to shut his mouth if he had the slightest idea of what was good for him.

“He looks even more ridiculous than usual with bright blue hair!”

“That’s it!” Natsu’s head snapped back as an iron encased fist connected with his cheek.

“Hey!” Natsu snarled, lunging forward and tackling him to the floor as Wendy watched on with horror in her big, brown eyes.

“Idiots.” Cobra muttered.

“Wipe the floor with him, Natsu!” Sting cheered.

“We both know Gajeel’s gonna win.” Rogue rolled his eyes at his mate, earning a dirty look in return.

“That’s enough, kiddos,” Laxus leaned down and grabbed the back of both slayers’ collars and hoisted them into the air, watching in disapproval as they both continued to kick and swing, reaching for the other to finish what they had started.

“Put me DOWN, Laxus!” Natsu nearly bellowed as fire leaked out the side of his mouth. “I’m gonna kick his ass!”

“This is ridiculous.” Cobra grumbled, “The girl’s 16. She can pick out her own first date outfit.”

“Yeah,” Sting chuckled nonchalantly, “we mostly came to hang out with her, right, Rogue?” Rogue merely arched a dark brow at his boyfriend.

Cobra regarded Sting with an amused expression. “I agree. Wendy would look nice in a deep red. Green would look good as well.”

Sting’s eyes widened in shock for a moment before he remembered what Cobra was capable of. “Get outta my head, would ya?”

“I wish I could. If you wanna make out with Rogue so badly, just go to the bathroom for a few minutes.”

His blond brow twitched and his element licked at his skin, ready to fire if Cobra continued to push him.

“Not you too, Sting.” Wendy sighed.

It was enough to snap the man out of his souring mood. “You’re right. Come on, let’s go find something you like while Natsu and Gajeel get ahold of themselves, yeah?”

* * *

The seven dragon slayers left the mall an hour later, somehow having agreed upon an outfit that was both pretty and modest.

“Is Chelia picking you up at the guild? I wanna… have a little chat with her before you two go out.”

“Natsu,” Wendy began carefully, “what exactly do you want to talk to her about?”

“Oh my God, you want to interrogate the kid!” Cobra exclaimed with a shake of his head.

Natsu crossed his arms over his chest. “Oh, and you don’t? Did you even watch the Grand Magic Games? She beat the snot out of Wendy the first time they met. I just want to see what kind of person she is.” Gajeel simply nodded and grunted his agreement.

“Natsu, Gajeel…” Wendy sighed for the umpteenth time that day. “It was a competition! I was fighting back!” She looked to Laxus for help. “You understand, right?”

“Sorry, kiddo,” Laxus shrugged, “I want to meet her face to face myself. She hit you with a secret art attack, am I supposed to just let that slide?”

Wendy’s jaw dropped. Of Fairy Tail’s dragon slayers, Laxus was usually the one she turned too when Natsu or Gajeel were being overbearing. “I hit her with one first!” She turned to the twin dragons beside her, “Rogue? Sting?”

They both gave her a guilty look. “Not you guys, too! Erik, tell them they’re being ridiculous!”

She peered up at him only to find him with his arms crossed and his eye closed. “Sorry, kid. I just heard 5 different counts of how that fight went down. I wanna hear what’s going on in her head before she takes you out.”

Wendy let out a small whimper. They were gonna scare her date off before they even left the guild hall!

She looked them all over one by one, and what she saw took every trace of anxiety away from her. It was a look she recognized from the time she spent with Grandeeney.

The unconditional love of a dragon. Loyalty, protection, and tenderness. She knew she may not look as intimidating as any of the men surrounding her, but she would give her all to protect them, the same way they were willing to do for her.

She had found a family that made her feel at home no matter where she was. A smile spread across her face and affection warmed her chest. Her mother would be so proud.

A smile crossed her face. “Fine,” she said softly. A small look of horror flashed on Cobra’s face. “But I wanna have a talk with all of your mates, too.”

She walked away giggling, leaving 5 gaping slayers and an exasperated Cobra behind her.

Um... I’d love to know why ANY of these scenes are wrong or inappropriate.

I have missed almost all the drama (and that makes me so happy). But there common themes in these three pictures.

Dad and Henry….

Grandpa and Henry…

… and father figure (Mom’s boyfriend/true love) andHenry.

Henry has and has had these men be a significant part of his life!  He needs male role models. And, okay we can’t see his face in these shots lol, but I think it’s undeniable what these moments must mean to him.

I haven’t read many comments, but I know they are out there. I don’t get it. I’m literally shaking my head in utter confusion over why people are threatened for the bonding time that is being displayed in ANY of these pictures.

ANGST WEEK: BONUS DAY 1 CROSS MY HEART AND HOPE TO DIE

Pairings: Jerza and slight Jellal x Meredy (BROTP)

Warning: Character deaths up ahead don’t read if you don’t like that stuff

Summary: We’ve been over this I can’t summarize (sorry)

“Magnolia?”

Jellal repeated, looking questioningly at the girl. Meredy nodded,

“Yup.” she said, a smile playing on her lips.

Jellal mulled over her words,

“You’re sure?” he asked.

Meredy groaned.

“Jellal I’m sure. Whatever that strange Magic power is, it’s coming from Magnolia.”

Jellal nodded, gravely. Feeling a hand land on his shoulder, he turned, coming face to face with a smirking Angel.

“Thinking about Erza?”Angel asked, slyly.

Jellal frowned,

“Angel, this is serious.” he scolded. “My want to see Erza will not interfere with the goal of our guild.”

Angel bent over into a fit of giggles, her pale cheeks dusting pink.

Jellal stared questioningly at the rest of his guildmates. The group all seemed to be holding in their own laughter.

“Was it something I said?” He asked. It was Meredy who answered.

“So you do want to see Erza?” She asked through a knowing smile.

Jellal turned his face, hiding the slight blush on his cheeks.

“The town seems awfully deserted, don’t ya think?” Racer commented, scanning the empty streets.

Meredy shrugged,

“It’s the middle of the night, no one is going to be out.” she told him.

Pulling her hood over her pink waves, Jellal noticed her shiver.

“You ok?” He asked coming up behind her.

“Yeah.” She breathed.

“I just…have a bad feeling, this magic power….I don’t know, it just feels different.”

Jellal smiled, placing a reassuring hand on the top of her head.

“I’m sure everything’s fine, we’ll reach Magnolia tomorrow night. Once we get there we’ll contact Erz-Fairy tail and ask them to assist us.”

Meredy giggled.

“You really want to see her, huh?”

Jellal knew his face was probably a deep red, and prayed that the darkness of the night would prevent her from noticing.

“I-I guess.” He stuttered, rubbing a hand across the back of his neck.

Meeting Meredy’s twinkling eyes he smiled wholeheartedly.

“Yeah, I do.”

As the sun began to rise over the town, the guild decided to set camp. It was easier to rest up during the day and travel by night. Finding a small clearing, everyone began scurrying around, knowing what they had to do. Setting up camp had become a routine to all of them, as often as they traveled, they each knew the tasks that they needed to accomplish.

As Meredy began to build a fire, Cobra would listen in to any nearby voices, looking for any possible threats. Midnight lay at the base of a tree, napping.

Jellal gazed into the sunrise, the clouds turning a brilliant red. The colour was nowhere near as beautiful as her hair, yet it still filled him with a longing, for his child-hood friend.

“Erza, just Erza.”

She stated a sad smile on her bony face. Jellal frowned.

“That sounds lonely.” He stated, walking up behind her.

Gently taking a handful of her scarlet hair, he smiled, an idea forming in his mind.

“Your hair is so pretty…I know why don’t we call you Scarlet? Erza Scarlet. That way I won’t forget it.”

Erza smiled, stroking a lock of her own hair.

“You can’t just go around naming people.” Simon said, crossing his small arms over his chest.

“I like it.” Erza declared.

“Erza…Scarlet.”

“Jellal?”

He halted, facing her. She smiled, her beautiful face practically glowing. Jellal motioned for his guild to go on without him.

“I’ll be there in a minute.” He told them.

Returning his gaze to the girl he smiled.

“I’m going to miss you Erza.”

She nodded as if that were obvious.

“Me too.”

Jellal felt a warm feeling spread through him, at the thought of her missing him.

“Come visit me soon.” She told him.

He laughed.

“I’m sure I’ll have to come get you out of trouble sooner or later.”

At this Erza frowned. Jellal cocked his head to the side, questioningly.

“I don’t want you to come back just to help me.” She muttered, averting her gaze.

Softening his stare, Jellal walked up to the girl. Her brown eyes met his, Jellal could’ve sworn they were brimming with tears.

That couldn’t be true, Erza rarely cried. Deciding to ignore it, Jellal tentatively wrapped his arms around her, pulling her in close.

Erza froze, awkwardly standing there for a moment, but then proceeded to return the hug. Gently pressing his lips to the top of her head, Jellal inhaled her scent.

Erza used to smell like blood and sweat when they were younger, but recently she had begun to smell sweeter. Like strawberries, or cake. Strawberry cake, he decided, trying to memorize the feeling of her pressed against his chest. He didn’t want to think about the fact that he wouldn’t be able to see her for who knew how long, he just wanted to feel.

“Promise me.” She said, her voice muffled against his shirt.

“Cross my heart and hope to die…”

Jellal bolted up panting. Sweat causing the fabric of his clothes to cling to his skin.

“Jellal.” Meredy hissed, crawling into the tent to sit next to him.

“It’s time to pack up.” Noticing the panicky tension he was giving off she asked.

“You, okay?”

Jellal nodded.

“Let’s get going.”

The walk was long, and as the day drew on Angel’s jokes got worse.

“So what do you call a parade of rabbits going backwards?”

The group groaned.

“A receding hairline!” Another collective groan from the group.

Rubbing his temples, Jellal cried out.

“There it is!”

The rest followed his stare, they had reached the top of the hill and below them stood the town of Magnolia.

“It’s getting stronger…” Meredy said.

Jellal nodded, he had felt it too, the strange magic power was definitely coming from Magnolia.

“Hey Cobra you hear anything significant?” Angel asked, stretching out her legs from the long hike.

Cobra frowned.

“Yeah, I hear ‘em.”

“Who?” Racer asked.

“Not sure,” he replied, shrugging.

“But they’re screaming.”

The streets were dark as Jellal set off by himself towards the guild, Fairy Tail. They had decided to split in order to cover more ground, and to look less suspicious.

Jellal had offered to head to the guild, no one had objected, knowing that any argument would be in vain.

A cold sense of dread had begun to fill him, ever since they had reached sight of Magnolia, a feeling that urged Jellal to run towards the guild hall in a near panic state.

Seeing the guild Jellal halted. The usual cheery chatter that could be heard from the building was lacking. There was pure and utter silence.

Taking off in a sprint towards the building Jellal nearly rammed his body into the doors.

Looking inside he inhaled sharply.

The guild hall was filled with bodies, running up to the closest one, Jellal turned it’s face up. he recognized it as Levy, the kind blue-haired mage.

Her face was bloodied, her glassy eyes staring off into nothing.

“Levy…?” He whispered choking back his tears.

He set her down gently, closing her eyes with his fingers. Jellal stood up on his shaky legs, forcing them to carry him forwards. As he passed from body to body.

Lucy, Gajeel, Gray, Juvia, Cana…Wendy. He looked down at the small girl, her body twisted in an uncomfortable position. He carefully tried to place her in a position that looked more peaceful, but failed.

A sob vibrating through his chest Jellal desperately searched the dead for Erza.

Where was she?

Dragging his feet to the entrance Jellal sent out a desperate cry, in hopes that Cobra would be able to pick it up.

Who had done this?

No sooner had the thought formed in his mind did Jellal notice a movement in the shadows up ahead.

Jerking his head up, he ran as quiet as a cat towards the source. At the end of the deserted road stood a figure holding something in their arms. The figure turned around, facing Jellal, and time froze.

It was Zeref, Jellal wasn’t sure how he knew, he simply felt it. Not only that but the thing Zeref held wasn’t a thing it was a her. A girl with beautiful scarlet red hair, limp as a doll.

He fell to his knees. The world seemed to have stopped spinning. The words ‘no’ and ‘impossible’ swirled around his head. It felt as if his chest were being ripped into, he opened his mouth as if to scream but nothing came out.

Erza, his Erza, lying dead in the arms of his enemy.

Jellal had never felt so helpless in his life. Zeref seemed to have noticed Jellal crying on his knees, and shot him a smile. The gesture tore through jellal, cutting him deeply, the pain had him clutching at his heart. His entire existence screamed in agony, hot tears slipping from his eyes. This wasn’t happening, it wasn’t. Those were the only words his brain could utter as he slipped into the dark.

“I saw….Yes we’re bringing him now….alright see ya.”

Jellal opened his eyes, Meredy’s face stood above him. He felt his body being lifted up, then start to sway as if they were moving forward. He groaned incoherently, earning Meredy’s attention.

“Jellal?” she asked her eyes wide, filled with concern.

“What happened?”

Pondering her question, the memories slammed into him like a tidal wave. He screamed, a scream of pure anguish and horror. Meredy’s eyes filled with tears.

“Jellal…”

She extended her hand out towards him but it was too late, the darkness had already claimed him.

A knock on the door. Jellal stood up to go open it. It was Meredy, the girl stood in the doorway, eyes bloodshot, face tearstained.

“Can I come in?” She asked softly, as if not to frighten him.

He paused, but then slowly nodded, stepping aside so that she could slip in. His entire guild kept looking at him as if he were made of glass, about to shatter at any given moment.

Meredy’s eyes grew wide as she took in the state of his room. It was covered inch deep with all sorts of red objects. Fruits, ribbons, paint, flowers, fabrics, buttons, rocks, you name it. They were thrown around the room cluttered in piles and all over the bed. Meredy looked up at Jellal her eyes filled with the ever-present tears.

“Nothing matches her colour…” He whispered, his voice cracking.

“I can’t find the right shade…I-I can’t…”

His voice was cut off by a violent sob, as he fell to the floor. Placing his head in his hands, Jellal began to cry.

Meredy could here his heart breaking in his sobs. Her own eyes let fall tears, and she too crumpled to the floor next to him. Wrapping her arms around his shaking frame, Meredy tried her best to shield her friend from the pain.

“Jellal!”

Midnight cried, his eyes wide in horror.

Jellal spat on the floor as he strolled up to face Zeref.

“Jellal what are you doing?” He heard Meredy screech hysterically.

“Zeref,” he said, ignoring the battles happening all around him.

The few Spriggans left were trying to keep Crime Sorciere from reaching their leader.

“I’ve been looking for you.”

He said, his voice dripping with hate.

“Jellal, please!” He heard Meredy cry somewhere to his left. Jellal glared at Zeref, his anger bubbling up to the surface he ran towards the Dark mage. Yelling a fierce battle cry Jellal summoned all his power. This was it, he was gonna defeat Zeref, once and for all. As he got within arms reach of Zeref, the Dark-mage stepped aside dodging the attack with ease. The rage Jellal felt was overwhelming, he felt his cheeks begin to wet and knew he was crying. His emotions were taking over something that should never happen during a fight but Jellal couldn’t care less.

He charged Zeref once more summoning even more magic power. Zeref dodged again, earning an outraged yell from Jellal.

Planting his feet in the ground Jellal began to chant the words to one of his more powerful spells, Sema. Dark clouds swarmed around them, Zeref smiled, his white teeth nearly glowing in the dark. Pulling out his hands Zeref blasted a wave of energy at Jellal. The grass around the boy’s feet wilted, the air turned dry. Falling to his knees, Jellal coughed up blood.

Zeref laughed, mocking the wizard. Jellal felt the will to fight leave his body. He thought of Erza’s ever smiling face, the way her eyes light up when she saw a slice of cake, the look of determination she got when fought. Smiling  he lifted his eye’s up to Zeref he whispered softly;

“Erza, I’m sorry…I wasn’t able to fulfill my p-promise…”

Then addressing Zeref with a sad smile, he raised his voice.

“I have sinned, now let me die.” Zeref nodded gleefully, his smile turning devilish.

As his soul left his body Jellal heard the cries of his comrades, urging him to stay.

Ezra opened her eyes. She lay in a small tavern, Bisca at her side.

“What happened?” She asked voice hoarse.

Bisca burst into tears.

Ezra felt a sharp pain in her chest and winced. A deep male voice sang in her head.

“Cross my heart and hope to die…”

I just don’t think it’s so terrible, that’s all. After all the kid’s been through, it’s really not such a traumatic story.”
Oh it’s not, is it?” She shook her head. “Fine. Henry, I actually met your dad in this very car. I got in it one day, and he was sleeping in the backseat.” She raised an eyebrow at Neal. “There, you happy?
Wait, why was he—” Henry began, confused, but his question was lost in the midst of his parents’ banter.
Way to misrepresent it, Em,” Neal said with a laugh. He locked eyes with Henry in the rearview as he addressed him. “That’s not exactly how it went down, Henry. While it’s true that I was sleeping in the backseat when your mom got in the car, the part that she left out is that it was my car that she got into.”
What? Why was Mom—”
Okay, but the fact that it was your car was a bit open to interpretation, there, buddy,” Emma needled, ignoring the questions from the backseat. “You got it the same way that I did!
Well at least I had the keys!
What are you guys even talking about?
Nothing,” they replied in unison.
Can you start at the beginning? Dad was sleeping in the car. It was his car? So Mom, did you get in by accident? Did you have another one like it? Dad, why were you sleeping in here anyways?
Emma sighed. “This is exactly what I didn't want to have to explain to him,” she told Neal.
All right, all right, but now we need to explain the whole thing. Henry,” he began, “First I want to tell you that your mom and I aren’t proud of what we did. It’s been a long time and we made some really poor choices back then, okay? I don’t want you thinking our old life was cool or whatever.
I dunno, I kinda liked it,” Emma muttered sullenly under her breath.
Neal shot her a look and then continued. “Yes, I was sleeping in the car. I didn’t really have anywhere else to sleep, no apartment or anything. So then your mom comes along and tries to steal the car—
Mom stole a car?!
Wait, it gets better,” she replied, beginning to get into the story as she resigned herself to the fact that it was being told against her better judgment.
Yeah, she sort of stole the car. The problem is, I was there in the back seat, and I kinda scared her when I sat up.
Emma turned to Neal. “Did I ever tell you he did that to me once?” she said, pointing a thumb over her shoulder at the boy in the backseat.
No,” he chuckled. “Deja vu?
All over again,” she replied.
Well, she wouldn’t let me come with her!” Henry defended himself. “Anyways,” he forged ahead before either parent could get a reprimand out, “What happened after you scared her?
Emma bit her lip and cringed a bit. “I kinda ran a stop sign.
Uh oh.”
I know, right?” his father chimed in, stifling a laugh. “I told her to keep her eyes on the road!
Seriously, next time somebody jumps out of the back seat and asks you out, you try to concentrate on your driving.”
He asked you out? After you stole his car?”
Emma looked pointedly at Neal, who ignored the question and continued the story. “So then this cop pulls us over, and here’s your mom with a screwdriver in the ignition-
What’s the screwdriver for?”
Crap,” Neal said as he found himself on the receiving end of a death glare from Emma.
Can you at least try to keep it to the PG-13 version of the story?
It’s just a thing, kid. Doesn’t matter,” he continued, rushing to finish the story as quickly as possible before he got himself in more trouble. “So the cop pulls us over and I had to pretend I was trying to teach her how to drive stick shift, and that’s why she missed the stop. Somehow he bought it, and then your mom agreed to go on a date with me.” He looked at Emma. “There. Happy?
Oh no,” she replied, “You don’t get out of this as the hero. See, Henry, the piece your dad left out of the story is that the reason he was so worried about getting pulled over is that it wasn’t his car, either.
“Dad stole the car, too? You stole a stolen car?

anonymous asked:

the companions aaaaaaaand [drumroll ] being broken up with!

Preston: Wants to remain friends, but that’s easier said than done. He wants to hug them, kiss them and show them the affection he had before, but he can’t. He misses their body next to them in his bed.

Piper: She’s a quiet angry, clenches her fists and won’t look at them to prevent crying. Tells them to leave and that she needs her space. It takes a few days before she can even look at them, but there’s a reservation now.

Cait: Shit gets thrown, hard. Cait doesn’t take it well, throwing punches before breaking down, asking if it’s her fault that they’re leaving her, and says that she can change. It doesn’t change anything.

Curie: Tries to understand it from a logical point of view, but every algorithm doesn’t account for the emptiness she feels in her heart. She learns quickly that the she can longer do the little things for them she once did, and it makes her sad.

Danse: Is rather quiet during the entire thing. He takes it at a military approach and gets up and leaves. He throws rocks into the nearby lake, red eyes and runny nose. He won’t go back until he’s cried it out.

Deacon: He figured this was coming. Makes up some elaborate bullshit excuse that he was actually an agent from the Fire-Cobra organization to get information from them. It doesn’t help soften the blow, and they don’t take his sarcasm very lightly. Instead of faces, he wishes he could change memories.

MacCready: He thinks it’s worse than the survivor dying. He wouldn’t have to see them every day otherwise. The person he once kissed, held and whispered that he loved is now inches away but there’s a three foot thick concrete wall between them.

Hancock: Hates it and delves back into drugs. He was convienced they were the one for him, and they’d even been talking about making things long term. He’d rather drown himself in the chems than be stuck with the memories of their laugh replaying in his head.

Valentine: Why did he let himself get involved? He knew it would end in heartache. Even if there wasn’t an inevitable break up, age would have drifted them apart. They remain partners in solving cases, but they no longer make idle chatter or joke about before the war.

•Demon detecting necklace to Izzy
•Fire breathing cobra to Camille (greatest gift he has given anyone so he says)

Gifts we have seen given to Magnus so far:
•an omamori(?) by Alec (if that is what it is)

And I swear by the angel if Magnus tells Alec the omamori is the greatest gift anyone has ever given him I’m flipping all the tables in my house
