“We like each other…But, you know, the thing about when you like someone is…Oh, it’s about like respect, and wanting each other to have a nice time…because I like my job and I want to enjoy it. And I think that Joel
describes it brilliantly. He says we all felt - and especially the two of us -
that we were carrying something very important and precious together and that
was our job, and so you can’t help but need each other.“
– Ruth Negga on working with Joel Edgerton on ‘Loving’
I just… completely removed the original film on my Cintiq 13 because of all the scratches (some from my old nib I need to replace, some from accidentally placing it against various objects).
That was beyond relaxing (OMG it’s made of glass!?).
As someone earlier told me, these things are VERY prone to scratches (again, the protective film… not the tablet itself)… Never had this problem with my 22. I probably wasn’t supposed to do that but eh… I have a new, anti-glare screen protector coming in tomorrow and just didn’t want to place it on top of the already scratched up film.
Get a screen protector lovelies (especially one with anti-glare if you work in a place called Hell surrounded by bright light). It comes in handy in the long run!
“I confess that I should dearly like to have played with my husband in the films of Wuthering Heights and Rebecca. They gave me abundant tests for the heroine in the latter film in Hollywood, then came to the conclusion that I looked ‘foxy’. An epithet with which I quite wildly disagree! Foxy, indeed!” – Vivien Leigh
