Ive been making an effort to be make more positive choices in my life and only focusing on the good things instead of the bad.

It has helped me stay focused, motivated and determined. It gives me a sense of our purpose to why I want to be the best version of myself.

Ytd’s leg day was brutal and I cant really walk properly today. Later is arms,shoulders and cardio! Cant wait.

I've been gone a while.

Hi,

I haven’t been blogging as diligently as I thought I would but I guess it’s better late than never. 

I’ve been reshuffling my goals and have decided to do less cardio and more weight lifting.

It’s been 4 weeks of weight lifting and I definitely can feel the difference. I’ve been following Jamie’s LiveFit Program and it’s pretty simple and convenient to follow.

I’m not as consistent as I am with food though. I feel like I need to eat more still. It has become a routine now with my supplements and I’ve been making an effort to pick healthier choices.

Well, July is the new January. 

How do you re-assess your fitness goals or change it up to make it more interesting?
