Woke up feeling myself and the all the work I put into myself. Last week I wasn’t feeling so great. I’m at a plateau. Since I don’t weigh myself I can only go by my clothes. I’m currently restructuring my workouts and food to break it. I realized a few days ago that it’s almost a yr since I started #insanity. I received it on April 2 and took the pic on the left. I needed to see that pic to remind me that this plateau is NOTHING compared to where I came from. I got this shit! #fitgirlarmy #fgadirty30 #phuckyoscale

#mealprep is over. Here is work for the next 4 days. Breakfast will be either eggs or oatmeal.
- pesto salmon w/spinach & pesto crab meat & shrimp
- plantains, whole grain pasta w/pesto shrimp & crab meat
- tuna packs
*dinner will be a repeat of one of the above. I used 2 tsp of pesto on crab meat and shrimp. 1 tsp of pesto on each salmon fillet. A lil goes a long way!* #fitgirlarmy #phuckyoscale #fgadirty30 #mealprepmondays
