“Naw, I got everythin’. Went down to the general store an’ got some bait to use, an’ some line. We’re all set,” The wolf boy smiled, quickly brushing his hay colored hair out from his eyes and behind a pointed ear. On his shoulder, he rested the two fishing poles, and in his other hand he held the bucket full of bait.
“I asked Robin if she wanted to go, but she’s spendin’ the day with Dad. So it’s just us fer’ now.” The boy was glad to spend some time with his mother, considering he had no chores with the excuse to fish.
