competition squats: 180x4x10 front banded squats: 155x4x3 single leg extentions: 35x3x12 abductor machine: 95x4x10
The gym was packed because I went at prime time, but the racks were pretty empty. I forgot how nice the lighting is during the day with all the natural light coming in through the big windows. High volume squats went surprisingly well! My athleticism has definitely suffered these past few months so I was expecting to be completely winded and lowkey nauseous, but they were very manageable. I finally found perfect bar + hand placement that keeps my elbows tucked in and it definitely feels a lot better. Right now I’m mainly trying to be mindful of my bar coming too far forward over midline.
