Things to Love About DuckTales (5/10) – Backgrounds

This series turns 28 years old this year, and still manages to flaunt some gorgeous hand-drawn backgrounds. DuckTales came out during a time when cartoons for TV were made very cheaply because companies thought the cost and risk of creating quality material for television to be too high.

Many consider DuckTales to be the stereotype breaker, and we have this series to thank for inspiring some people to create quality TV cartoons from there on.
