As always drink a looooooot of water and green tea. 2-3 liters of water and 3 cups of green tea a day.☕️
Also, try to eat foods that boost your metabolism.
For example almonds, broccoli, grapefruit, apples, peanut butter, oats, limes, carrots… and so on (you can google them).
Exercise as much as you can and do sit ups everyday.
