Finally settling down to my vegan, gluten free, soy free, nonGMO, organic, raw, antibiotics free, low fat/carb meal!

100% fat free meal right here. Running a bit late tonight as I have to babysit my neighbor’s kids- so I whipped the fastest dinner ever. Brown rice pasta, low sodium organic marinara sauce, steamed broccoli, and a little nutritional yeast on top. This took me less than 20 mins to prepare! Eating healthy does not have to be complicated or time consuming 😝 Xx

Lentil salad with cumin roasted broccoli, grates carrots, and a poached egg in lemon dressing. For dessert, I had half a chilled orange left over from my smoothie this morning. Lots of good carbs and protein to fuel me for going running later!

Homemade pancakes with a Alpro vanilla dessert pot, all natural peanut butter and golden syrup.

Pancake Ingredients-
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour,
2 tbsp sugar,
2 tbsp baking powder,
1 tbsp vegetable oil,
1 tsp salt,
2 1/2 non dairy milk (I used almond).

Method-
Mix all ingredients in a jug or bowl and pour onto a hot oiled pan on medium heat. Cook until golden brown on both sides, serve and decorate with your favourite toppings.
