Rausch is famous for it’s fair trade program, there are no middlemen the cocoa farmers are paid well over the global market price. If you want to learn more about the plantations, the people working there or the different sorts of cocoa that are used head to the Schokoladenhaus or visit their homepage. You can also phone their service hotline.
Rausch chocolate is not available in any supermarket, only in the Schokoladenhaus at the Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin or their online shop.
