I just ran over my dog with a shopping cart. APRIL FOOLS! I don’t know whose dog it is!
If I had a dime for every time a homeless guy asked me for change, I’d still say no.
I'm bored way too easily. I'm staring at screens half the day. I need to be overstimulated.
Most of my songs make fun of myself.
My dad says I act too flamboyant on stage.
The average person has one Fallopian tube.
I remember being superyoung, like nine or ten years old, and thinking, 'Man, I wonder what famous people eat for breakfast. They must have some special kind of cereal!' My mind was so warped by the idea of fame.
But, I mean, teenagers just generally aren't very likable. I know I wasn't as a teenager.
I chose to do comedy instead of going to college.
I like to call everyone that I find slightly annoying a 'sociopath.'
Art is a lie, nothing is real.
Once a week, I like to slip into a deep existential depression where I lose all my sense of oneness and self-worth.
When will people learn that you can’t “sneak” a picture of Harry, he will always know that you are there taking an image of him during his downtime without his permission with the intention of sharing it with thousands of people on the internet. Do you I guess, but understand that he sees you and he knows. And while I’m sure he’s gotten used to it, he probably doesn’t enjoy it very much.
Do you know of any youtubers with eating disorders or who make videos about them?
Surprisingly (or not depending on how much you’ve delved into YouTube) a lot of the more “famous” people have eating disorders or have struggled with eating disorders. The biggest name I can think of is Tyler Oakley who struggled with binge eating disorder. Anna Saccone has struggled with and still has issues with bulimia. Shane Dawson struggles with body dysmorphia disorder. Gabbie Hanna (thegabbieshow) has a difficult relationship with food but she’s slowly getting back on track. Grace Helbig has also suffered from an eating disorder but I don’t remember which one. Lindsey Stirling struggles with anorexia. I know Tyler Oakley has talked about his eating disorder in his book. Shane Dawson has made a video of it and so did Anna Saccone. I believe Gabbie Hanna has a story time video and I also think Lindsey Stirling has made a video as well. I know that Grace Helbig has written about her struggles in her second book.
A channel that talks about eating disorders is “What Mia Did Next” all of her content is about how to help someone with an eating disorder and raising awareness of it.
Other than that, that’s all I’m aware of content wise. 💜💜
Side note: I’m aware I’m leaving off a very obvious person and I have a reason for it so please do not bring her into this out of respect for her

Ashton: Luke and Ashton walked up the steps to the small restaurant he knew y/n worked at hoping she may have picked up a shift since she wasn’t at her small apartment.
“Welcome to Legal Seafoods, table for two?” The lady at the front questioned. They could tell she was trying to stay composed, probably protocol when famous people come in to eat.
“Is y/n here?” He asked sticking his hands in his pockets as the girl smiled widely nodding.
“She’s in the back. Do you want me to go get her for you?”
“Do you mind? It’s important,” Ash said quickly as the host disappeared down a hallway to what he presumed was the back.
“I’m going to go sit at the bar and, you know, order some juice since I’m underage,” Luke said jokingly causing Ashton to laugh slightly. He shifted his weight every so often in nervousness as the girl from before came back with a confused y/n behind her.
“Ashton…what are you doing here?” She asked crossing her arms over her chest, bottom lip between her teeth.
“You really didn’t think I’d chase after you?” He questioned cocking his head to the side as she looked away. “Why didn’t you talk to me about all of this? If you felt uncomfortable with the fans I would’ve taken care of it, baby.”
“Because it’s just easier walking away before this becomes too much, Ash. We shouldn’t be together. Your fans agree.”
“Well I don’t. Do I get a say in that? I don’t think you get how much I like you.” He reached out grabbing her hands. “You didn’t even say goodbye.”
“I couldn’t,” she mumbled as he pulled her closer to him.
“And why not?” His voice was barely above a whisper now, forehead pressed against hers as he lifted a hand to caress the side of her face. Instead of answering, she pressed her lips to his taking her free hand and wrapping it around his neck.
“I didn’t want to say goodbye,” she mumbled against his lips before pulling away slightly to look at him.
“Then don’t say goodbye,” he whispered back. “We’re in this together baby.” She nodded her head earning a smile from him before kissing her once again.
Calum: “Why can’t we do dinner tonight?” Calum asked through the phone as he ran his fingers through Poncho’s hair quite happy that he decided to get a dog that didn’t have fur and that didn’t shed everywhere.
“Because I’m working,” y/n said into the phone with a giggle.
“Since when?” He whined standing up from the couch, Poncho jumping from the couch thinking he was being taken for a walk. “What do you do for your job?”
“I’m a dance instructor at the dance studio in town. I started a month ago. I needed something to occupy my time since you were gone.”
“You dance?” He questioned picturing her in a full split, a devilish smirk on his face as he pictured how flexible he was, not that they had ever gone far enough to test his theory.
“That’s what I’m majoring in, Cal,” she said as if he was supposed to know. They had never talked about her schooling, y/n never wanting to talk about her school work or everything going on. “Listen, babe, I’ve gotta go. I’m here. I’ll call you when I get out, alright?”
“Cool. Talk to you later, baby,” he said into the phone before hanging up, walking into Ashton’s room to see him working out. “Busy?”
“I’ve got time to kill before I call my girl. What’s up?” Ashton asked sitting up from the floor.
“I wanna surprise y/n at work.”
“She’s a bun head?” Ashton questioned as they walked into the studio, a bubbly young girl at the front desk, her hair done up in a perfect bun.
“Can I help you gentlemen?” She questioned, smile on her face.
“Yeah. Y/n works here, right?” Calum asked earning an eager nod as he pulled out a bouquet of pink roses and white Lily’s. The girl’s eyes lit up at the sight of the flowers as she stood from behind the desk before leading them down a hallway where music was playing. They passed three large studios, each with a different group of students inside that they could see through the window, until the reached the last door, the girl pointing through the window to Calums girlfriend who was in the middle of a series forte turns, her young students watching in awe.
“Well, what are you standing in here for, dummy. Your girl’s in there,” Ashton said pushing him towards the door, a small blush rising on Calum’s face. He hadn’t exactly thought this through, and he wasn’t sure if she would be upset with him for this, but he opened the door anyway, only to hear gasps from the crowded room full of girls.
“Miss y/l/n, who’s that?” one of the girls asked, she couldn’t have been any older than nine.
“That’s Calum Hood, Stacy,” another girl seated next to her said in awe as y/n turned to face him spotting the flowers in his hand.
“What are you doing here?” she asked shocked, a smile on her face as she made her way towards him.
“I decided that since we couldn’t do dinner tonight, I should at least bring you something,” he said back as she took the flowers from him. “Ashton helped me pick them out.”
“Well, tell Ashton thank you,” she said smelling them.
“You’re welcome!” Ash yelled from the hallway causing her to giggle before grabbing his hand pulling him towards her, a soft kiss pressed to his lips. Calum pecked her repeatedly before reluctantly letting go of her so she could resume her class.
“I’ll see you tomorrow, babe.”
Luke: “Hey, baby,” Luke said leaning against the open window of the shack watching as his girlfriend turned to face him, rolling her eyes in the process.
“What are you doing here, Luke?” she questioned turning back towards the shelves full of snacks that she was restocking.
“I just wanted to come visit my favorite girl.” she rolled her eyes at his comment while shaking her head.
“You visited me yesterday, and the day before that…and the day before that.”
“False, you had the day off two days ago. We went to the fair,” he said, a smile on his face as she laughed at his response. She finally put down the box that held the cheetos and walked towards the window for a quick kiss from her boyfriend. “So guess what.”
“What?” she questioned kissing him once more as she grabbed his hands in hers.
“Your lunch break is in two minutes, and I’ve brought a picnic,” he said, a smile growing on his face as he leaned down next to him to grab at the tan basket that was covered by a blue quilted blanket. “Don’t ask me what’s in here. My mum packed it for me because I can’t cook.”
“You’re absolutely adorable, you know that?” she questioned before backing away from him, going to shut the window of the shack so she could step out of her small workplace. “And where are we going to have this picnic?”
“Over there by that tree,” he said pointing closer to the parking lot before grabbing her hand in his leading her over that way. “I hope you don’t mind this.”
“Not at all, Lu…not at all,” she muttered curling into his arm pressing a kiss to the bare skin on his arm.
Michael: Michael walked into the game stop with Gabby, his eyes looking through the entire shop resting on the girl talking to a group of teenage boys that seemed more interested in her than the game she held.
“Go get em, tiger,” Gabby said pushing him forward, causing him to crash into a rack of games knocking a few over, drawing the attention of the girl he needed to see.
“Mikey, what are you doing?” she said walking towards him as he picked up the games that had fallen onto the floor
“Well, I was looking for my girlfriend that attempted to break up with me before blocking me so we could talk,” he responded looking towards her noting the blush rising to her cheeks. “What’s going on with you, baby? Gabby said you’ve been really stressed with everything. Why didn’t you come talk to me?”
“There’s just a lot going on right now, Michael, and I didn’t want to burden you. You’re touring and enjoying yourself. I don’t want you to worry about me and have me bring the mood down,” she responds as they both stand from the crouched position on the floor.
“Is it the fans?” he questioned causing her to shake her head, looking away from him. “Then what’s going on? What can I do to help? Why did you tell Gabby it was because of the fans?” He watched her look towards her younger sister who smiled widely waving towards the woman she looked up to, throwing two thumbs up at her, only to be returned with a small smile from her older sister who turned back to face Michael.
“I’m failing one of my pre-req’s, I’ve been working crazy amounts and haven’t had time to focus on my school work because we’re so understaffed…and my mom kicked my dad out of the house two days ago. They’re filing for divorce,” she whispered so she didn’t risk her sister hearing how much of a mess she was. “Gabby doesn’t know yet, and I’m trying to be strong but I’m just ready to have a mental breakdown and I just-,” she started before choking back a sob, Michael immediately taking her in his arms and holding her close to him as she let it all out on his Def Leppard shirt, his hand running up and down her back while the other ran through her hair.
“Baby girl, I’m so sorry,” he mumbled pressing a kiss to the top of her head as she had her meltdown in the middle of work. “We’re going to get through this, alright? I’ll be there for you every step of the way, and Gabby as well. I don’t want you to feel like you can’t burden me with things, alright? That’s what I’m here for, to protect you and be there for you through thick and thin.”
“Thank you so much,” she muttered into his chest, her sobs slowing slightly as she pulled back, wiping the stains from under her eye kind of relieved she didn’t wear makeup to work today. “You’re the best, Mikey.”
I had so much fun on the first day of Vidcon! I was able to meet so many creators just walking around the convention but one thing I noticed was a lot of disrespect towards YouTubers.
First I saw Ricky Dillon leave his hotel which prompted HUNDREDS of screaming girls to crowd around him. He tried saying, “PLEASE! I’m late for my meetup!” But people kept swarming to a point where he and security could not even move.
Next I was walking around when I heard a bunch of screaming so out of curiosity I walked over towards the hotel entrance. Apparently, Grace Helbig had just returned to the Hilton and was mobbed by people. This broke my heart because I know she HATES that. Girls were crying and yelling, “IT WAS GRACE I GOT A PICTURE WITH GRACE!!” I find that so intrusive and rude.
Finally, Kian Lawley came back to the hotel and people went BONKERS. Security had to pull on him just to get him through the crowd. That is pathetic because now it’s becoming a safety hazard for YouTubers to simply walk around.
Every YouTuber I’ve met, I calmly ask if it’s okay for a picture and let them initiate any hugging that might take place. I know it’s hard for other people to be so passive, but please just respect YouTubers. I mean it’s really not rocket science. They are real people too and they are much happier if you quietly approach them and treat them like a human.
