Please remember to recite “Takbir” after every Fardh Salah from “FAJR” of 9 Dhul- Hijjah (23 September 2015 | Wednesday) to “ASR” of 13 Dhul-Hijjah (27 September 2015 | Sunday).

Narrated Alī bin Al-Husain (radhiAllāhu ‘anhu):

Safīya, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) told me that she went to Allāh’s Apostle (ﷺ) to visit him in the mosque while he was in I'tikāf in the last ten days of Ramadān. She had a talk with him for a while, then she got up in order to return home. The Prophet (ﷺ) accompanied her. When they reached the gate of the mosque, opposite the door of Um-Salama, two Ansārī men were passing by and they greeted Allāh’s Apostle (ﷺ). He told them: Do not run away! And said, “She is (my wife) Safīya bint Huyai.” Both of them said, “SubhanAllāh, (How dare we think of any evil) O Allāh’s Apostle!” And they felt it. The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to them), “Shaytān reaches everywhere in the human body as blood reaches in it, (everywhere in one’s body). I was afraid lest Shaytān might insert an evil thought in your minds.”

Marital Relations While Fasting in Ramadān

Narrated Abū Huraira (radhiAllāhu ‘anhu):

While we were sitting with the Prophet (ﷺ) a man came and said, “O Allāh’s Apostle! I have been ruined.“

Allāh’s Apostle (ﷺ) asked what was the matter with him. He replied "I had sexual intercourse with my wife while I was fasting."

Allāh’s Apostle (ﷺ) asked him, "Can you afford  to manumit a slave?"

He replied in the negative. Allāh’s Apostle (ﷺ) asked him, "Can you fast for two successive months?"

He replied in the negative. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked him, "Can you afford to feed sixty poor persons?” He replied  in the negative.

The Prophet (ﷺ) kept silent and  while we were in that state, a big basket full of dates was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ). He asked, “Where is the  questioner?” He replied, “I (am here)."

The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to him), "Take this (basket of dates) and give it in  charity."

The man said, "Should I give it to a person poorer than I? By  Allāh; there is no family between its (i.e. Madīnah’s) two mountains who are poorer than I."

The Prophet (ﷺ) smiled till his  pre-molar teeth became visible and then said, “Feed your family with it.”

Narrated Abu Mas'ud (radhiAllahu ‘anhu):

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “If a man spends on his family (with the intention of having a reward from Allah) sincerely for Allah’s sake then it is a (kind of) alms-giving in reward for him.”

—  [Sahih Bukhari Vol. 1, no. 52. Translated by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan]
Anas (radiallahu anhu) said that the Prophet sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: The dead person is followed (to his grave) by three: His family, his wealth and his actions. Two of them return and only one remains. His family and wealth return, but his actions remain.
—  Bukhari
Once Satan with a water bottle in his hand came to the court of the Holy Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) in disguise and said:

I sell this bottle to people at the time of their death in exchange for their Iman. Listening to this, the Holy Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) wept so much that his blessed family members also began to weep. Allah sent a revelation, “O My Beloved [Prophet]! Don’t be sad. I protect My servants at the time of their death from Satanic deception.”

Allahu Akbar! How greatly the beloved and blessed Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) is concerned about the protection of our Iman.
—  Ruh al-Bayan, Vol. 10, Page 315

Narrated Hakim bin Hizām (radhiAllāhu ‘anhu):

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “The upper hand is better than the lower hand (i.e. he who gives in charity is better than him who takes it). One should start giving first to his dependents. And the best object of charity is that which is given by a wealthy person (from the money which is left after his expenses). And whoever abstains from asking others for some financial help, Allāh will give him and save him from asking others, Allāh will make him self sufficient.

—  [Sahīh Bukharī Vol. 2, Hadith no. 508. Muhammad Muhsin Khān]

Narrated Ibn ‘Umar (radhiAllaahu ‘anhu):

Allah’s Apostle (ﷺ) said, “Whoever misses the 'Asr prayer (intentionally) then it is as if he lost his family and property.”

—  [Sahih Bukhari Vol. 1, no. 527. Translated by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan]

From Anas (radhiAllaahu ‘anhu) that the Messenger of Allaah (sallAllaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said:

‘Indeed in Paradise there is a market place where a person will come to it every Friday [in it is a hill/dune of Musk], a northern wind will blow, it would throw Musk in their faces and upon their garments, and they would increase in goodness and beauty. They would return to their families having increased in goodness and beauty, and their families would say to them: ‘I swear by Allaah! Indeed you have increased in goodness and beauty while you were away, and he will say: and you too – I swear by Allaah – indeed you have increased in goodness and beauty while we were away.’
