Eating CLEAN, Training MEAN. Entered bodybuilding.com 2012 transformation, my 12 weeks started a few days ago. Killer work outs, heavy lifting mixed with cardio. Began supplements: Whey Protein shake (choc), B complex-100, CLA. Continuing fish oil, vit.C, Multi Vitamin. I haven’t slipped up, staying hydrated, fueled, energized, just killing it. period.

Also began better skin regimen, hair, all that girly crap- nothing like lovin yourself with daily pain in the ass pampering.<3

Making killer progress at home, cleaned up my in home gym, made a play area for my daughter, caught up on chores, etc, etc, etc.

I feel miles higher than usual, this is the lifestyle for me. Losing weight was better than being fat and lazy but THIS is… well you gotta catch THIS feeeeling!
