A simple yoga exercise called “the Lion” firms the throat muscles under the chin.
The entire exercise consists of sticking your tougue out and down as far as it will go. Do this dozens of times throughout the day….in your car, watching TV, while doing the dishes or waiting for your computer to start up.
It is possible you’ll see an improvement in your chin line within a few days.
