The city of Luxembourg, three centuries ago.

L'exposition au Grand Palais à Paris : La France en relief. About ten city models (hudge models indeed) are exposed, they were made between Louis XIV and Napoleon. It’s very interesting to see how cities were three centuries ago. There is also a giant map of france (160m²) on which you can walk and get lost. Free for under 26. => http://lafranceenrelief.maison-histoire.fr/

City models : Brest, Cherbourg, Luxembourg, Saint Omer, Besançon, Grenoble, Berg-Op-Zoom (NL), Strasbourg and some small fortresses from the Alps and some other cities i forgott.
