Hey friends, Meg here! Welcome to another TUTOR TUESDAY, recommended by the lovely potstickerninja22! Today we take a look at eyes! Remember, I always am open to recommendations for other tutorials. Send them here to to my personal blog! Keep practicing, have fun, and I’ll see you next Tuesday!
I finally reached 5000 followers *quietly cheers* and @strongity asked me a day before that happened to maybe do a tutorial thing on eyes and anatomy… So I did my best. I have kind of moved past using methods to draw (like using boxes to create shapes), just because I’m so used to drawing people. It kind of became a tips thing rather than a step by step guide, but hopefully it will help some of you!
This week I filmed a tutorial featuring a winged liner that has been smoked out.
Ordinarily, the smoke would be on top of the liner but I took inspiration from the recent ‘reversed winged liner’ that Kim Kardashian has been seen sporting, which extends out straight from the lower lash line, and I put my own spin on it by extending the smoke all the way out to the tip of the liner as well as lining the top lash line.
This results in a clean crisp finish on top, and a smoky sultry finish to the bottom.
As you can see from the two images above, you can pair this eye makeup with a Red glossy lip and straight hair, or, you can change it up with a nude lip and bouncy curly hair!
sure! i had a go~ I do alot of different eyes but
showed how to do 2 different ones.
I draw in Paint tool sai if if anyone’s wondering what the program is. Tried to make this as simple as I could but if there’s anything you don’t understand please feel free to message me about it! <3<3
We’ve all had those days… A friend’s birthday, a special occasion, a party, work, an important meeting. Sometimes these are things that you simply cannot afford to miss, despite the fact you’ve just come done with a tummy ache, a cold or a headache or simply aren’t in the mood to go out but the world still moves around and sometimes you just have to pull yourself together, get dressed, put on some makeup and conquer the day. Whilst the last thing you probably feel like doing when you’re sick is putting on makeup, it can make a lot of difference to how your feeling and your state of mind.
First and foremost your number one concern should be your skin. When you’re sick it’s easy to forgo your skincare routine and either just wash it or do nothing at all. Instead, try and stick to your regular routine and consider adding an oil or hydrating serum under your moisturiser. When your immune system is down it can take a nasty toll on your skin - and don’t you dare even think about forgetting lip balm!
Whilst brows should be thick, there is no such thing as a universally flattering shape. This is merely a guide on how to reshape your brows, I highly recommend that everyone visit a brow specialist at least once in their life, you can keep them in shape yourself. A good brow stylist should be able to figure out your ideal shape just by looking at you. Make sure you do your research and ask a lot of questions before choosing a brow stylist.
Whether you choose to wax, tweeze or thread is entirely up to you. Waxing and threading are best for removing large
amounts of hair where as
in tweezing is best for precision and removing small amounts of hair.
