Have you ever imagined what a drunken voicemail from Lin-Manuel Miranda would sound like? No. Just me?! OK, well, we have thought about it over here at ET and luckily, Drunk History gives us a taste of what that would be like in a deleted scene from season four.
In the clip, the Hamilton creator brings his rap game to the Comedy Central series when he calls musical director Alex Lacamoire. “Lock up your horses and daughters, I’m getting f**ked up on the couch with [creator] Derek Waters,” Miranda raps in a bleep-heavy freestyle.
In addition to this deleted scene, there are more outtakes and extended drunk narrator moments on the home release of Drunk History: Season 4, which is available on DVD March 14.
Jaeden Lieberher spoke about an alternate scene where Bill chases “Georgiewise” up the tower of the victims’ belongings, and up there Pennywise grabs him and throws him off the pile. He said that a lot of wire-work was involved, as revealed in the Pennywise featurette.
I hope this is one of the 11 Deleted/Extended Scenes on the much-awaited DVD!
Michonne Rallies The Grimes Family In The Walking Dead Season 7 Deleted Scene
The Grimes family truly rallies together in a deleted scene from The Walking Dead Season 7.
The Walking Dead: The Complete Seventh Season comes equipped with a special features disc, offering eight deleted, extended, or alternate scenes which did not make the broadcasted cuts of the popular AMC series. Spoilers follow for one of the deleted scenes from Episode 7x16 (The First Day Of The Rest Of Your Life). The Walking Dead: The Complete Seventh Season is available on August 22, 2017.
The scene, described in full detail below, is the only extra from the Season 7 finale of The Walking Dead available on the blu-ray set.
Rick and Carl are together in their Alexandria house. Carl is sitting, cleaning and preparing guns. Rick is strapping his belt on and examining his python.
Carl says, “It’s weird not having her here.”
“She’s safe. She’s with family,” Rick said. He is leaving for the “heaps” soon.
“You know what to do if they show up,” Rick said.
“Give them what they want, one last time,” Carl said.
Rick puts his hand on Carl’s head and looks down to him. “I love you, Carl,” he said.
“Would you have done it?” Carl asks. “Cut off my arm?”
“I don’t know,” Rick said. Michonne enters the room.
“Could you do it now? Cause it could happen again,” Carl said. Michonne cuts him off. “It could happen again,” he insists.
“No, not again,” Michonne said. “And I don’t want you talking about it. I don’t want you to think about it. We weren’t ready for them then, we are now. There’s nothing left but beating them. Winning this. Making them regret they ever crossed us just before they die. Don’t fantasize about failing. Put everything into winning and we’ll make it real.”
Michonne kisses Carl on the forehead and turns to Rick. “So, let’s go get our army,” she said.
The scene is a clear indication of Michonne becoming fully integrated into the Grimes family, fully adopting a motherly role in Carl’s life and a loving partner for Rick.
