exfoliate soap

Top 5 skincare products✨

Not sure why I decided to drop this, but my skin care routine has been ON POINT this year and wanted to share it with the rest of Tumblr. Use it, don’t, make some edits and let me know how they turn out for you. My melanin has been sparkling all year though so I really wanted to share the love. Enjoy✨

African black soap: I tend to gravitate towards the Shea Moisture brand although it’s very drying in areas with harder water, so using a great moisturizer is key. Those of you with soft water, you’re blessed. I tend to use this on my face despite the risk. On sensitive skin areas, (face and cooch) do NOT let this sit long. Trust me, please don’t.

Apple Cider Vinegar: This is a life saver! Since my skin doesn’t break out often, I tend to only use this once a week or when I do get a minor breakout. Mix this half and half with water, applying to the face with a cotton ball and let dry. Super easy.

Lemon, honey, oatmeal/sugar exfoliator: I love making products myself when I can. Plus, these ingredients are sooooo good for you! The lemon brightens your skin, and in this mix gets rid of unwanted facial hair with continued use over time. The honey makes such a great moisturizer and my skin feels so soft and smooth after I use it. The oatmeal after you grind it up as fine as possible, (I like to use a mortar and pestle, but a blender works fine too) calms down redness and irritation, even caused by acne. I tend to substitute sugar when I’m going for a lip scrub. With oatmeal, I’ll apply twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Let this set for twenty minutes, then in outward circular motions, rub off, rinsing off with COLD water. With the lip scrub, I’ll use at least once a week or before using matte lip stick.

Eucerin Healing Soothing Repair Cream: This works MIRACLES for me. Where I currently go to school, the water is super harsh so keeping my skin moisturized is a necessity, especially since my combination skin develops eczema when dry. A dot or two of this is enough to keep my entire face moisturizer and dewy in appearance. If I do happen to use too much, it’s easy to blot with a paper towel. In the summer, the product is great because I’ll forgo foundation or bb cream and just use this.

WATER: A no brainer but this is so important for good skin. I love to use the H2OPAL App to keep track of my intake. It also calculates how much you need based on temperature, age, weight and height which cuts out a lot of guesswork for you. It also will calculate how much you should drink by certain parts of the day. HYDRATE.😊

here’s some more lil tips 4 u all

1. this might seem obvious, but wash your pants too. if ur like me and rewear those same leggings for 3-4 days in a row AND wear thongs or lace undies or bikini cut or really any underwear… just fucking wash your jeans trust me.

2. seriously just use moisturizer. ik ur reading this and just had a thought starting with “but…” girl there is no excuse for you not to. i’m a greasy ass italian bitch who sweats every fucking day and the right moisturizer changed the game for me.

3. be patient with skin products/regimes. shit doesn’t change overnight, but it works. although if you do experience redness or dryness stop using that product immediately.

4. just go to the doctor. if you have insurance or are still on a parent’s insurance, visit the doctor any time there’s even the slightest issue. they can help with mental health as well as physical health fyi.

5. treat the doctor like your best friend. don’t hold back. if your pussy hurts, speak the fuck up. if you’re smoking hella weed and it’s causing u issues, just tell them. some of them can be assholes but generally speaking they’re really there to help and will appreciate the honesty.

6. don’t freak out over a pimple. this isn’t just a “ohh ur still beautiful!!” thing it’s also a “the more u think about it, the more you’ll subconsciously touch it, the more it’ll get irritated” thing.

7. excercise. walk. get out in the air. offer to go grocery shopping with ur parents. walk around the block. exert yourself just a tiny bit every day, you’ll sleep better.

8. if your sleep schedule is off, don’t try to pull an all nighter to fix it. you will fail. work it back up to a normal time hour by hour daily.

9. busty ladies, invest in a nice bralette or other wireless bra from an online vendor. i’m a size 38F so finding them in stores can be tricky but they’re worth it. on days where i wanna just be casual and comfy but like yaknow in a cute sexy way, they’re perfect.

10. be confident & be unique! don’t sweat it if u are or aren’t atm, just find the things about yourself that make you YOU and go fucking HARD on that one thing (or few things). don’t be afraid to stand out, but also don’t be afraid to be misunderstood.

11. soap. cleanser. exfoliator (twice a week MAX). toner. moisturizer. in that order.

12. go to a movie alone. pretend nobody else is in the theater. react like you would at home watching a movie on netflix (with your parents or roommates home so that u don’t talk loudly in a theater).

13. go vegan. even if you don’t care about animals (lord knows i don’t), it’ll encourage you to eat better by boxing out bad foods. somebody brings in cookies to work? tell them you can’t have any cause you’re vegan. they’ll respect it or fear you’ll start ranting to them if they push you anymore.

14. go a little while without shaving your pussy, see what happens. if you don’t like it, shave it again and you’ll have a smoother-than-normal downstairs :)

15. have a go-to mindfullness place. an image in your head that doesn’t remind you of anything that causes worry. mine is an imaginary field in the middle of a forest, and i pretend i’m a big grizzly bear feeling the grass on my back. try to really make this image come to life in your mind. think of this when you’re suffering from insomnia, when you’re panicking, when you’re sad, when you’re alone.

16. speaking of depression tips! go buy a journal right now. when you’re having a meltdown, open up the journal and start listing things you love. this includes (but is definitely not limited to) mundane things like socks or hardwood floors. it forces you to be in a mindset that thinks positively about things and simultaneously reminds you of the good in the world.

17. are you sad? put on fun/goofy music and deep clean your room.

18. wash your pillowcases you dirty bitch. i know you drool in your sleep. and your nasty face is rubbing all on it all the food you ate today is just rubbing all over that motherfucker ew just wash your pillowcase.

19. hate prepping for extended-family holiday visits? ask for lush spa giftcards for christmas. and if they think that’s too impersonal, just tell them to order whatever at all from their website. you can’t really go wrong with lush products.

20. make a playlist that makes you feel sexy and put it on. listen, dance and wiggle in your bed or chair, and then masturbate for the best nut of your life!

21. do rituals. something that makes you feel like you’re in control of the universe. it can be as simple as lighting a candle and thinking really hard about the same sentence over and over. it’s hella empowering.

22. binge watch 2 shows at once. one for comedy/lighthearted fun and another that’s maybe more serious but something you’ve wanted to see for a while. switch them out as you see fit.

23. listen to audiobooks! find a use for them, whether it’s sleeping, walking around, or just mindless daily tasks.

24. don’t over caffeinate if you are prone to anxiety. if your absolute maximum is 4 cups of coffee per diem, start replacing your regular daily coffee intake (let’s say it’s two cups) with 4 cups of black tea. don’t drink any caffeine after 6 unless it’s a special occasion.

25. nobody is staring at you. and if they are, it’s because they’re trying to fully process all the uniqueness that they see in you, and that’s a good thing. no exceptions.

Midnight Cinderella Suitor’s Fashions

@aquisces-arts wanted to see what the suitors would look like in modern clothes, so I did my best conceptualizing what each would wear and why.

Let’s start with King Byron:

Byron dresses very monochromatically– wearing different shades of black head to toe, and choosing gold accents that catch the light.

If you look at his hair, you can see that his wisps are very controlled. Even his cowlick is styled neatly. He would probably use a light pomade. The details on the jeans give texture without distraction, like his black casual shirt in the game.

The gold zipper on the knees also satisfies his love of gold hardware. If you notice, Byron does not wear jewelry aside from his earring, which he shares with Nico, so I think a planetary key chain would be a good choice for him, as it combines his star-gazing hobby with an outlet for an accessory.

Of course, a Rolex is a must, and I think he would always give himself a chaste spritz of cologne before stepping out of the door. This scent is unisex and has a dry-down that smells of vanilla, woods and leather.

I don’t think he would shy away from stylish shoes– he may even be a subtle trend-setter. Because Byron can hold his liquor with the best of them, and because he doesn’t tend to let himself get too casual out in the open, I thought martini glass novelty socks would be a fun twist. It would be his own little secret. While it may not be that wild of a thing for the rest of us, considering Byron’s aloof personality, he may feel that it really is daring indeed.

The Problem With Your Water Bottle

Climate change is not a hoax created by the Chinese. (I hope), we all know that. Climate related issues are becoming more and more urgent. Yep, know that too. They key point is however what we often DON’T know, is how to act, how (and if) we can make a difference.

I am a strong believer that we can all make a difference with our daily choices and attitudes. It is key that governments take the right steps to protect our environment, and while it is our responsibility to push them to do this, we often cannot trust in the fact that this will happen as soon as it is needed. But we do have full control of our day-to-day routine. I am a bit of an sustainability nerd, and so are most of my friends. This means that I often circulate in-between people who are often aware and have the time to research into sustainability, letting this influence their daily choices. Because of this, I often forget that some things that are obvious to me, habits that I gave up years ago, might not be to other people, and that they are not fully aware of the environmental burden linked to their actions. No shame. There is lot of stuff I don’t know (so let’s commit to research more and more on how to be better to our planet yayy), and there is loads of stuff I do know, am fully aware of their impacts, but still haven’t managed to kick them out of my habits. But hey, in the end, it does affect us all, so it is important that we do talk with each other - understanding that not everyone has the same interests/time that we have, and that sadly, environmental education is lacking in schools and is often not being focused as enough of a priority in mainstream media - and take the time to explain the things we know and discuss solutions.

Anyways, long story short, last week I had a discussion with one of my work colleagues as they were teasing me about me showing concern about chemicals in plastic bottles that can be damaging to human health. I then tried to go deeper in the issue trying to explain the problem with littering and plastic bottles. So I was asked “and what if I throw it into the recycling bin? What’s the problem with my water bottle then?”. After having a moment of shock, not even knowing what to respond to their genuine belief that once a plastic bottle is thrown into the bin that’s it - problem solved, I figured, well how can they think any different? It is that that we are taught to believe.

Well, so what is the problem with our plastic bottles?

Bisphanol A (BPA):

Let’s start with the health issues. BPA is a chemical used in most water bottles to make plastic hard and clear. It is also an endocrine disruptor, which means it’s shape can either cause your body to produce too much of a certain hormone or block it from producing a certain hormone. This can cause certain types of cancer, neurological difficulties, early puberty in girls, reduced fertility in women etc.

Polyvinyl chloride:

Is used to make plastic more flexible and is also an endocrine disrupting chemical. It causes reduced sperm count, testicular abnormality and tumours.

If this wasn’t enough to at least make you consider buying yourself a reusable water bottle, you should consider following things:

Plastic water bottles are one of the most unsustainable inventions, like, ever. There are millions of gallons of water involved to make these bottles. You are basically wasting more water in producing water bottles than your water bottle can even fit. The huge amount of water needed for their production also further fuels inequalities. The huge environmental stress put in regions where water bottles are produced affects residents of these areas, especially farmers, who often face shortages. This then affects food production, affecting the farmer’s financial gains, but also food prices and food security in the region. To add to all of this, most water bottles are produced of Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which requires huge amounts of fossil fuel to make and transport. Take any water bottle and fill 25% of it with water. That’s how much fossil fuel was needed to produce this single bottle. That’s a lot.

Only certain bottles can be recycled in certain places. Recycling is a business, which means, it will only occur if there is profit coming out of it. In other words, if you are not making sure you are buying plastic bottles which have been recycled, you are undermining the likelihood of investment in recycling occurring. Municipalities will often only make sure that the plastic bottles recycled are the ones whose recycled outcome are being bought by companies in the area. The other ones end in the landfill. On top of that, many plastic bottles are made of different kinds of plastic which not every region has the capacity to separate and recycle properly. To conclude, most plastic bottles you use will end up stagnant in landfills, leaching dangerous chemicals into the ground, infiltrating streets as litter and often ending up in rivers and being washed up into the ocean.

But what happens to plastic bottles once they end up in the ocean? They break into smaller bits called micro plastics. Let’s keep one thing in mind: plastic will never decay. And it very very often ends up in the ocean. There, because of the saline environment, it breaks in million tiny pieces called micro plastics. These pieces are so tiny that they easily pass through water filtration systems, and are basically therefore impossible to clean out of our oceans. Our whole ocean is basically turning into a huge plastic soup. This is a huge threat to aquatic life, as stated by the marine scientists Karen Lavenden Law and Richard Thompson: “(the) problems will only get worse unless drastic action is taken to curb the sale of disposable plastic products worldwide and dispel the idea that plastic waste can just be thrown away.” Since clean up of this plastic soup is basically impossible, the urgent action to be taken is the reduced consumption and the identification of the main polluters.

Due to their small size, micro plastic are often ingested by habitants of the sea.  It is also important to know that micro plastic containing toxic PCB’s and the pesticide DDF become enhanced in contact with marine life. Also, take in consideration that these are being ingested by organisms which are in the end going to be ingested by us humans. Yummy?

Be aware that micro plastics are often purposely placed in exfoliators, soaps, creams and toothpaste for hygienic/cosmetic purposes (but there are enough alternatives which don’t require micro plastics!), and these have a even easier way to end up in the ocean: they just get washed down the sink, and due to their small size, escape any kind of filtering system.

The good thing about this issue and all the major problems linked to it is, it is so goddamn easy to avoid. Start the plastic diet with us. For the love of our planet, just do it.

Najia leak your skincare routine please. Your s/o said your skin is lovely, share your secrets with us

aw 💖✨❤️

so genetics play a big role in this (like my skin’s just always been pretty clear) & everyone’s skin is different but my skin is much smoother, less dry & more uniform in colour since starting this routine

2x a day I wash with Clinique dry combination liquid mild facial soap, then exfoliate with Clinique dry combination clarifying lotion (which for the record has not lightened my skin, lol), tone w rose water, apply jojoba oil (facial oils are a good idea even and especially if you have oily skin or acne. you might not need to use them twice a day but my skin is the Sahara), and then moisturise with Clinique dramatically different+ lotion for very dry to dry combination skin (which also has some oil in it)

& I also just slather my entire body in any kind of thick body butter from like bath & body works or body shop or something after getting out of the shower & then use a separate elbow and foot cream bc, again, Sahara

what are a few things teenagers should do to avoid adult wrinkles and acne (like not wear makeup? or eat healthy, what really defines healthy eating though..?)

First, recognize that wrinkles are a natural part of aging and are inevitable. You’re not going to be able to avoid all wrinkles, but you can minimize the amount you have later in life and put them off a little.

How to Reduce Wrinkles

  • Get adequate sleep. We’re talking 8 hours a night here. Also, sleep on your back.
  • Eat fruits & vegetables. Great for anti-oxidants, vitamin A, and vitamin B, but also just good for you in general.
  • Eat fish. It’s great for protein and Omega-3.
  • MOISTURIZE. I know I say this all the time, but moisturizing is so important for skin care.
  • Sunscreen. So important.
  • Likewise, wear sunglasses. They’ll protect your eyes, but also help reduce squinting (which leads to crow’s feet).
  • Use a topical Vitamin C. It helps protect your skin from sun damage and increase collagen production.

How to Prevent Acne

  • Wash your face regularly with a mild facial cleanser and warm (not hot) water.
  • Don’t over-wash your face. Twice a day is enough. If you have particularly sensitive skin, wash once a day, then simply rinse it later in the day.
  • Avoid using loofahs, rough cloths, or even exfoliating soaps (okay once in a while, but don’t make them your primary product) as they will irritate the skin.
  • Sunscreen. Again, so important.
    Eat fruits & vegetables.
  • Use an acne product. Look for the ones with salicylic acid, lactic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or glycol acid. But use it once a day to start and don’t use it all the time if you have sensitive or dry skin. You should also limit your time in the sun, because some of these products react badly with sun and can harm your skin.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Avoiding touching your face.
  • Change your pillowcase at least once a week. If you have really bad acne, change it nightly. Buy a ton of cheap ones at Goodwill so you can get between laundry days easily.

Notice that a lot of those are on both lists? That’s the best place to start and care for your skin at any stage of life.

Heyyyy skin care Jesus I need your help! My skin is oily and i have tons of blackheads and tiny bumbs. I breakout around my nose, chin, and forehead. I exfoliate and that helps it look decent for all of 20 minutes and its back. But I wash my face twice a day with normal bar soap cause I have sensitive skin. Advice?

I would change my blog title to “Skin Care Jesus” if it didn’t sound so conceited! 😂  Thanks for the laugh!

Stop exfoliating, stop using bar soap. Your skin is damaged; the oiliness, the acne, the sensitivity. All of these conditions lead back to that basic fact. It’s time to start babying your skin!

Start with the basics. You need an oil cleanser, 2nd cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. For sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin, I recommend Heimish All Clean Balm, Cosrx Good Morning Low pH Cleansing Gel, Cosrx Ultra-Moisturizing Lotion (add rose-hip seed oil to it at night to add moisture), and Australian Gold Tinted Sunscreen SPF 50. These are just recommendations, so do your research and be patient finding products that work for you.

Once you have a basic routine, look into treating your acne/oiliness. (which may improve simply by you fixing your routine!) Try adding a BHA into your routine. I find a great product to both tone and provide a gentle BHA treatment is the Cosrx One-Step Pimple Clear Pads. You can use them every night without irritation, unlike most BHAs. You could also incorporate the Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid, but that’s a bit stronger and should be introduced slowly into your routine.

This is a post where I recommend some ways to manage your oiliness while your skin balances itself out. (also mentions how a hydrating toner could be a good addition to your routine.) You should find that with a consistent proper routine, your skin should become less oily.

Good luck and be patient!

Shower Sex with Michael *submitted*

just a quick one :) hope you like!

You were in the shower after a long day at work, your feet sore from running around that damn store helping customers. The water was hot enough to steam the shower and despite its warmth, cause goose bumps on your skin. You exfoliated, letting the soap scrub away any dirt and massage your skin.

With eyes closed, you let the water run over your body while you sang your favourite song. You weren’t very confident in your singing abilities but your boyfriend Michael always reassured you that he loved your voice. He often begged you to sing with him while he strummed away at his acoustic guitar, but your cheeks would flame up. There was no way you could embarrass yourself in front of him, especially since he was already Mr. Famous.

The loofa dropped from your hands and you turned on the spot, startled to see Michael standing there with his head poke through the curtain. His white blonde hair was getting wet, but he didn’t seem to mind as his eyes were trained on your body. He smirked.

“Mikey!” You squealed, covering your chest with your arms.

Michael laughed and pulled the curtain back, revealing his own naked torso. He was still in his briefs but you could see his erection through them. “You left the door unlocked,” he said. “You sure you didn’t want me to join you?”

He had seen your body thousands of times and yet you were still shy around him, despite how comfortable he made you feel. Michael’s tall frame ducked slightly as he entered the shower, pulling the shower curtain back.

He stood in front of you, smiling down while you held your arms in front of your body. “Why do you hide yourself from me?” He asked quietly, reaching down and pulling your arms away.

You sucked in air while his eyes raked over your body. “You’re still wearing your underwear,” you observed.

Michael nodded. “Right.”

After he had removed them and flung them onto the shower mat outside, he reached behind you and turned the water to a hotter temperature, watching your face.

“You have a beautiful voice you know,” he said, stepping forward and playing with the wet ringlets of hair around your cheeks. “And a banging body.”

You blushed and shoved him playfully. “You’re not so bad yourself, mate.”

He grinned and leaned forward, pressing soft pink lips onto yours. The water created a cloud of steam around you and it didn’t help that Michael was running his hands all over your body. His touch was everywhere; from the back of your neck to the arch in your back, all the way down to your bum where he squeezed gently. You moaned into his mouth which earned you a nice smack on your butt cheek. You moaned louder.

“I want to taste you,” Michael’s voice was husky. You leaned back, stared into those vibrant green eyes and smirked.

“Then taste me.”

Your ego always got a little inflated in the midst of these heated moments with Michael. He brought it out of you, the confidence. He made you feel sexy, desired. And you could tell that he loved it.

He dropped to his knees and grabbed your hips, facing your already soaking centre towards the shower head. Michael helped you prop a leg up onto the side of the tub before he leaned in and blew on your clit. You gasped and smacked a hand against the shower wall, wishing you had something to hold yourself up with.

“Try not to slip, babe,” Michael said carefully before licking a slow line up your slit. You moaned and latched onto his hair, pushing him against you while the hot water ran over your body. It was unlike anything you’d ever felt. Sure, Michael had gone down on you before. But not like this.

He moaned against you and the vibrations only added to your pleasure. You were moving your hips against him while you clung to his hair for support, physically and mentally. You were a mess.

“You always taste so good,” Michael muttered, placing a few kisses on your inner thighs. “Why’s it you always taste so good?”

“Fuck, Mikey,” you gasped. “Keep going, please.”

He smiled up at you, keeping his eyes on yours while his tongue darted in vicious circles on your clit. When you felt that familiar knot in your stomach you cried out and Michael kept up the pace, helping you to your orgasm.

“Oh my- god, yes, Michael-” Your knees trembled as the pleasure shook you, your head falling back and eyes clamped shut. Everything went silent for a moment, the world escaping you as Michael’s tongue brought your pleasure to a whole other dimension.

“Christ,” he gasped, leaning back and grinning up at you. “You squirted, babe,”

Your eyes flung open in disbelief and you looked down at him over the rapid rise and fall of your chest. You had never squirted before, but it made sense. You had practically blacked out from your orgasm.

“How-” you breathed. “How could you even tell? With the shower-”

“I could tell, babe, trust me.” Michael stood up and placed his hands on your hips, pushing you back against the wall. “And fuck, it was hot.”

His lips were on your neck, his hands on your ass and you were elated. Reaching down to stroke him while he sucked on that special spot on your collarbone.

Michael hissed, digging his nails into your hips while your hand worked on his cock. “No,” he gasped, “I need you now.”

His cheeks were red and his body was emitting waves of heat off onto you as much as the hot water. He reached behind himself and turned the water almost to cold, and the temperature shocked your skin in a brilliant contrast to your sweaty body.

“Jump,” he ordered. You swallowed, staring down at your feet surrounded in water. Michael grabbed your chin and forced you to look at him. “You won’t fall, I’ve got you. Promise.”

You nodded and grabbed onto his shoulders before jumping up. As soon as your feet left the shower floor, Michael pushed you up against the wall, holding your weight up while you wrapped your legs around him. There was no doubting how tall he was, but his strength always caught you off guard.

He stuck his tongue out in concentration while he reached between you two and guided his cock to your entrance. Slowly he eased himself inside you, and your head fell back against the wall while you felt him fill you up.

“God damn you’re always so tight for me,” he gasped once he was fully inside. He waited a moment, giving you time to adjust before you nodded at him to go.

Michael’s jaw clenched while he began thrusting, using one arm to help hold you up and the other firmly placed on the wall behind you. The cold water attacked your skin while his pelvis rubbed against your clit, and soon you were a moaning mess all over again.

Your hands were grasped firmly on the back of his neck, holding his face close to yours. Both of you were gasping and moaning, trying to race to the finish line. Mikey always made sure you came first, but this time, he wanted you to come at the same time.

“I’m almost- ah,” you gasped as his hips thrusted in an upwards motion, rubbing your clit perfectly. Michael placed a hand on your ass, slapping it hard while he grunted in your neck.

“Shit, babe,” he choked out. “Come for me, please. I’m right there- fuck!”

It hit you suddenly and you were crying out while his hips thrusted sloppily. Your second orgasm wasn’t as strong as the first but still managed to catch you off guard while Michael released inside of you, burying his face in your neck.

Your body relaxed and you were left a gasping mess against the shower wall, the cold water causing goosebumps on your skin. Michael was breathless as he leaned back to catch your lips in a heated kiss, his tongue darting across yours while his hand held your face. Slowly you released your legs from around his waist and stood in front of him, letting him kiss away whatever breaths you had left in you.

“Mikey,” you gasped, pulling away with a laugh. His eyes were wide with lust and his lips red from the kiss.

He stared at you with complete adoration. “God, I could literally fuck you forever in this shower.”

“That’s quite the waste of water,” you giggled.

“Not with the way you squirt,” he winked.

Your eyes shot open in embarrassment as you both erupted into a fit of laughter. “God, I hate you sometimes.”

He shook his head and leaned in to kiss you again. “Nah, you love me.”

Personally I love it when Benny’s characterized as being in touch with his feminine side. And I don’t mean being super feminine (not that there’s anything wrong with that, but I think we could all admit it would be ooc for Benny) but just allowing himself to like/do things that are considered traditionally feminine or more linked to women. Examples: Enjoying/gardening flowers, baking (complete with cute & cheesy aprons), spending time with kids, fawning over and/or spoiling cute animals, taking bubble baths complete with flower or fruit scented exfoliating soaps, etc.

@amandakitswell I respect that. I wish I was so much better at this though lmao. Im trying to work towards not caring as much about what I have or how I look but its hard when you see girls with well put together outfits and girls with perfect skin who dont wear any foundation every day :’)

Im trying to buy stuff that will hopefully fix these problems in the long run. Like rosewater facial sprays, brightening/exfoliating soaps, skin creams (stuff to even out my complexion) and more flattering clothes & shoes. Im not heavyset by any means but it takes some effort not to look ridiculous lol.

To the person with acne scars, EXFOLIATE! Use African black soap/any soap with lemon in the morning and then use a daily exfoliating facial wash (I use clean and clear) at night! Use exfoliating gloves on your face twice a week making sure not to be too brutal and moisturise with cocoa butter, coconut oil or vitamin e oil! I would suggest using the exfoliating gloves on your body daily or every other day for smooth even skin as well concentrating on knees, elbows and armpits! Hope it clears!💖

Awwww Thankyou so much!!! God bless you! This will help so many people! 💞🌸💕
