everything has an interesting point of view

Okay. I realized that I never actually spoke or even thought properly about how I see Aya-Yukako-Koichi-Rohan love square (or whatever it is…). So there are some sketches to show the whole picture.
Rohan has unhealthy interest in Koichi. Not sure if it is love or more like performances of some spoiled child, who needs attention, but let him be. Unfortunately (?) for Rohan, Koichi is straight - yeah, I guess so - and dating Yukako. Aya is just catching lulz. And slightly seduces Yukako incidentally LOL. Which is OK with the girl who admires Aya enough (as example to follow) to be ready for some useful experience, if you know what I mean… I like imagining the situation where Aya crosses the line of fun and starts liking Yukako. But Koichi and Yukako ends up dating anyway HAHA.
As a conclusion we have one sweet couple and two broken hearts. BUT WE MAY NEVER REACH THE CONCLUSION IF WE DON’T WANT TO.

“Hey. Whatcha reading?” I heard Allison asked as she sat down next to me.

“Oh nothing.” I quickly answered, hiding the book about werewolves from her. She raised her eyebrow at my reaction.

So Felicity will make a deal with Helix to get rid of Promy & Talia is the head of Helix, she wants Felicity to be permenant part of Helix & maybe head some day after her. Its like S3 while Ras wanted Oliver to be Ras Al Gul after him, now sort of same storyline is happening with Felicity. Just like Oliver, Felicity will scarifice herself for time being then later expose Helix to the world but will get herself tangled in that mess too, then she Oliver will leave for island becoz WANTED!!

Hi, Nonnie!

I love speculating about Felicity’s storyline. I think the thing she is getting herself in with Helix is really interesting. Felicity has been through a lot and I think up until midseason she has always bottled up everything of it. She might have allowed her self little moments of “weakness” (I don’t consider it a weakness, but I think from the point of view of the person close to be breaking it might be considered a weakness). She never really worked through all the trauma of the last years, though.

I think the most interesting thing about it is how she (probably as there is no indication it isn’t like this yet) basically does something she would usually judge. Trusting people she barely knows and working with them especially behind the team’s backs is something she would have probably talked about with Oliver if he had done it.

Again, I am not blaming/judging her. I think she is so focused on working through her pain that she is a little bit out of control and it makes her a little blind and deaf to things she usually has an eye for.

Helix has questionable methods but admittedly so does Team Arrow. I do think we will se how dark Helix can really get and that ultimately it was used as a trap for Felicity. She already is going deeper and deeper into it to protect the people she loves and before she knows it (probably in 5x19), we will see her realizing how deep she has really gotten into this mess while distancing herself from Team Arrow at the same time.

I think or I hope that we will then FINALLY see Felicity break. I don’t think we really did yet. She is trying to be strong and just push through things, but eventually she will have to take a break and let all of her pain go to get a clear view on where she stands in her life and where she needs to go to be happy again. Her coping mechanisms kept her from falling apart, but they also led her to where she is right now, so eventually she needs to rethink her ways of dealing with things.

Maybe, if we are very lucky, Oliver opens up to her with his experience of trusting the wrong people and they can help each other to not blame themselves. Maybe it will come completely different, though, and that’s okay for me, too. I want the story of the show to just move forwards.

I don’t know how much the League-storyline and the Helix-storyline are comparable. There are definitely some strong parallels, but also some strong differences in my opinion. I do think it will help bringing these two closer together again or at least that is what I am hoping.

I hope for a really great pay-off regarding Felicity’s Helix-storyline as well as for Olicity and I am slightly optimistic that we will get it, no matter what it looks like. :)

xoxo Kathi

PS: Sorry for the slightly messy ramble by the way…

I’m probably away to majorly jinx this but i’m thinking that all the spoilers/build up for tomorrow has been purely to generate drama and interest. Maybe i have too much faith in the show, but putting it purely in context based on where their relationship is at and everything that’s happened, i feel like tomorrow itself is gonna be something and nothing and it’s gonna be more about the guilt that he even contemplated going there. Like thinking of it from the point of view that he knows something has happened to Aaron, he then finds out that he’s on drugs, and from the spoilers it seems Aaron’s in a mind frame where’s he’s kinda just given up, Robert reaches a point where he’s overwhelmed and doesn’t know where to turn. I will be completely understanding if it’s a moment of ‘would it just be easier??’ because based on everything, i think any sane person would have a moment of doubt.

I’ve never really cared about my religion. It is a huge part of my life because it’s the majority’s creed and as a member of a family that has always lived here it was expected of me to have the same faith as 90% of all the other people. I had R.E. for ten years, I had to go to church every weekend for three years or something, but I never really got interested in my religion, I never cared. Especially R.E. has put me off since many official opinions they taught me are simply… stupid and pretty backwards, though I value the core points of my religion. Last year I went to a Youth Exchange in a monastery and the opinion the monks had, the things they told me there… Suddenly I believed, I found my faith, I was happy and everything made sense somehow, but as soon as I had to bear the usual views and opinions again back home, I lost everything. I am a person who likes to believe, who needs a god in life somehow, but the god they presented me never fit, the whole creed made me feel uneasy.

I did not like Cassandra very much at the beginning, I saw her more as a useful tank and a neutral companion, but with the time I started to love her and I got very interested in what she has to say, in what she believes, etc.

And it changed me. She believes in the Maker, but she has turned her back on the Chantry. She prays to the god she knows, but does not simply accept the problems of the Chantry. She disagrees with it, but she has her faith, it does not waver. I saw in her what I need in my life: Faith and trust in a god, independently from the Chantry. In general the whole game taught me that there is not a right way to believe, but especially Cassandra helped me with finding my own faith. I now know that I do not have to follow the church to believe in a god I know longer than I know my own name.

I came back and immediately saw a million posts about Hide having flaws but… no actual comments pointing out his flaws.

But his moral code is really interesting to me? I wish people talked about it more.

His view of people and morality seems so fluid. Like, he accepts Kaneki despite everything he knows Kaneki’s done (he knows about Eyepatch from the CCG, he has no illusions about Kaneki’s life as a ghoul) because he sees Kaneki as a good person.

He personally is willing to do questionable and often illegal things to help Kaneki.

He befriends ghouls and doesn’t hate them just for being ghouls, but still uses the CCG when it suits him, and even gives them information to stage a raid.

Idk he’s just. So complicated.
