everyone knows who john lennon is

whether you realize it or not, covering “Imagine” was a highly political move. not only was it a huge middle finger to the bullshit washington’s pulling rn, it’s also a message to let their fans and the world know who they are. they are blatantly, without any hesitation or subtly, making it known that they are acceptant of everyone no matter the race, gender, sexuality, religion, etc. and they are proud.

“He said it was written about Julian, my child. He knew I was splitting with Cyn and leaving Julian. He was driving over to say hi to Julian. He’d been like an uncle to him. You know, Paul was always good with kids. And so he came up with Hey Jude. But I always heard it as a song to me. If you think about it… Yoko’s just come into the picture. He’s saying, ‘Hey, Jude - hey, John.’ I know I’m sounding like one of those fans who reads things into it, but you can hear it as a song to me. The words 'go out and get her’ - subconsciously he was saying, Go ahead, leave me. On a conscious level, he didn’t want me to go ahead. The angel in him was saying, 'Bless you.’ The devil in him didn’t like it at all because he didn’t want to lose his partner.” - John Lennon about Hey Jude

Stop! Tagging! Your! Boho! Bullshit! Gypsy!
It’s offensive and rude! That’s not what ‘gypsy’ is! It’s a racial slur! And they, the Romani people are people treated as 2nd class citizens, get their children taken away, are living in poverty! GYPSY IS NOT A FASHION TREND OR SOME “SPIRITUAL” SKY PICTURE ASSHOLE

hey :) i fully appreciate you're busy and closed the prompts and all so please don't worry about writing this but i really like the idea of adrian reassuring a younger trans kid who's struggling with accepting themselves that they're valid and maybe sanvers walk in and give their two cents idk i'm just having a really rough time and yeah sorry

He’s had a key to Maggie’s apartment since he and his parents moved to the other side of the city and he needed a place to crash closer to his job after school when he was on the graveyard shift.

He uses it frequently enough, but less so now that he spends most of his time off at college in Star City.

But he’s used it tonight, because she needed a place to go, a place to just breathe, a place to be alone with only good people, only safe people, and Maggie’s apartment was perfect for the job.

He sent her a quick text to let her know he was over, because while he’d gotten fairly used to being over when Alex and Maggie got home, kissing and taking turns slamming each other into the front door before realizing he was there, he didn’t think that’s what Kaylee needs tonight.

Because Kaylee was only fourteen and she’d called him in a panic and he’d skipped biology lecture to drive all the way home, home to his old high school, because Kaylee was a freshmen and she knew – like all the other queer kids in the school – that they could always call Adrian when they needed anything.

And Kaylee had been misgendered three separate times by three separate people today, and a couple of other girls had snickered when she walked out of the gender-neutral restroom that Adrian had gotten at the school a couple years ago, and she needed him, needed him, needed him.

“I’m sorry, Adrian, you didn’t have to drive all this way, I wouldn’t have called if I thought you’d – “

“What, you wouldn’t’ve called if you thought I’d give a shit about what you’re going through? Pretty sure that’s actually literally the reason you called me, girl.”

Kaylee smiles through her wet eyes at that, and she sits up a little straighter. Adrian holds her closer to him and waits, waits, because she’s spilled all about her day but hasn’t yet started to use feelings words, and he’s had this talk, this cry, himself, enough times with Maggie to know those were next.

“I just…” She wipes her tears and he nods, gives her a small smile. She puts her hand up to his face and pauses, and he nods again, a bigger smile now. She touches his stubble and grins through her tears.

“It was a pipedream when I was your age, honey.”

“I just feel like I’m never gonna get to where you’re at. Like… like, people are always just gonna see me as a guy in a dress, and what if like, what if I’m just gay, what if I’m just making a big deal out of nothing? So what if I have to wear a collared shirt when my mom wants to take me to a thing, right, I mean girls wear collared shirts – “

“But babygirl, when cis girls wear collared shirts, ain’t nobody trying to tell them they’re not legit women like the fuckers are trying to tell you.” He stops, bites the inside of his cheek, and sighs. “Butch women aside for a second, bless them.”

Kaylee smiles and nods softly and sighs into his chest, his binder stiff under his shirt.

“You gonna get surgery soon?”

Adrian grins and nods, still waiting.

“It’s just long. Every day. Every day at school and every night with my parents and all those stupid times in between when I’m just trying to be in the library or go bowling or some shit and everybody needs to stare and try to figure me out, and my parents won’t let me get pills or even patches and my voice is starting to drop and it makes me want to just never say anything, not in school, because it’s just my body proving that I’m not real, that I’m just never… never gonna… I just… Adrian, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, you should be in class, I just… I’m sorry…”

“Shhh, no, babygirl, no no no.” He gathers her into his arms and smooths her hair away from her forehead and he smiles softly down at her. “Kaylee. You are so fucking beautiful, you know that? Even with all that snot you got going on,” he teases as he offers his sleeve. “High school’s not gonna last forever, hun. I mean, it feels like it will, especially when you’re just starting out. But I promise you, you’re just as tough as you are gorgeous, and you’re gonna get through it. And then life doesn’t get better, not automatically, that’s some rich cis white guy bullshit, but you’re not by yourself, Kaylee. You’ve got me, you’ve got the rest of Spectrum at school; Ms. Macguire’ll fuck anyone up if you tell her about what happened today, she’s good people. And Detective Sawyer – “

He gestures all around them, at the apartment littered with evidence of two women living and loving together. “She’s got your back, just like she had – still has – mine. The world’s shit, Kaylee, but you? You’re a princess. Nah, better, you’re a motherfucking queen. You gotta know that you’re perfect, just like you are, even – maybe especially – on days like today when the whole universe tries to make you forget. Okay? You’re perfect, Kaylee, and you’re gorgeous, and you are a beautiful young woman, no matter what motherfuckers try to tell you. You get me?”

Kaylee nods and sighs and jumps as the front door opens, as Maggie and Alex appear in the threshold with two large pies and a six pack of root beer.

“I heard we have a beautiful lady joining us for dinner tonight,” Maggie announces, her eyes falling on Kaylee as she beams, and Kaylee blushes, hard, at being addressed like this, at being validated like this, by a grownup – by a police officer – that she’s never met.

“I’m sorry to crash your place, Detective Sawyer,” she says, and she starts to get up to shake her hand, but Maggie waves her down.

“Sit, relax. Ally, baby, you wanna give the kids their pizza, I’ve gotta pee like you can’t believe.” Maggie winks at a giggling Kaylee and kisses Adrian on the cheek briefly as she strides past him to the bathroom.

Alex stares after her for a moment before also kissing Adrian and offering a hug to Kaylee.

“I’m Alex, Maggie’s girlfriend.”

Kaylee blushes again. “Well, I figured, otherwise Detective Sawyer’d be bringing home some other woman and from what Adrian tells me, I don’t think she’d do that.”

Alex laughs heartily and Maggie shouts from the bathroom, “Damn right I wouldn’t, Alex is with the FBI, she’d kill me and the poor girl before I even got the chance!”

“Oh please, Maggie, don’t be fronting like you’re a player, Alex’s got you in the palm of her hand.”

Alex smirks and preens and high fives Adrian as Maggie mutters something incoherent from the bathroom and Kaylee watches it all with tears in her eyes, tears because is this really what she can have, one day? Is this really what she can be part of, even now?

“Rough day, sweetheart?” Alex asks as she doles out pizza, remembering when Kara was her age, remembering when she was her age.

Kaylee nods and looks at Adrian so she doesn’t have to tell it again.

“She got misgendered and laughed at a bunch. Sometimes it happens randomly, you know, and sometimes it’s like all at once and you just can’t, you know? Today was one of those all at once days,” Adrian explains quietly as Kaylee bites into her pizza and lets Alex hold her hand gratefully.

“I’m sorry, beautiful,” Maggie says as she slips back into the living room, kneeling in front of Kaylee like she does in front of Adrian when he’s got a similarly dejected, defeated look on his face.

“We’ve never met, right, but you wanna know what I see when I look at you?” Maggie asks, and Kaylee nods with wide eyes and frozen fingers.

“I see a beautiful, brave young girl who’s not in the place right now that she’s gonna be in forever. I see a massive science geek, because only the geekiest of us let the iodine stain our fingers like that so that everyone knows exactly how much we love bio lab. I see a young woman confident enough to wear circle glasses in a world that still associates them with either John Lennon or Harry Potter. I see a girl who is perfect, exactly as she is, and who’s only gonna keep getting more perfect as time goes on, if she just sticks with it, keeps being herself, because the girl I see in front of me? The girl I see in front of me is absolutely amazing. And for the record, I’m talking about you, Kaylee, not my girlfriend, whose glasses are distinctly rectangular.”

Kaylee laughs and Kaylee cries and Kaylee lets herself fall into Maggie’s arms because Adrian is like a grownup to her and Adrian will always be her queer parent, but maybe she can have more than one.

Pizza and root beer and queer parents all night?

Maybe she can get through school tomorrow, after all.

♊️ June 18, 1942 ♊️

75 years ago on this very day, one of the four mysterious Liverpool legends was born. A lad called by his middle name, not his first to avoid family confusion, a quirk that showed everyone from the beginning that he was to be no ordinary boy. A love of music sparked his heart from early on, a passion that would forever change not only his life, but the life of his future bandmates and the world as we know it. One summer afternoon in 1957, he met his best friend, his partner in crime, another teenage Liverpool hooligan named John Lennon, and together, the two of them would write songs that would cement them in history as the best songwriters who ever lived. This boy and his band would go on to rock the world a million times over and will never cease to steal the hearts of his fans everywhere. He is everything the perfect man is to be: handsome, charming, intelligent, caring, sweet, and incredibly loving among many of his other admirable qualities. He is an amazing husband and father, and the coolest grandfather ever to live! Animal rights activist, nature activist, charitable humanist, beliefs that make him an inspiration to us to make our earth a better place. His music picks us up, strengthens us, and gives us will to live when we come upon our hardest times. He is loved by so very many of us and he continues to make my every day happy and whole. Who is this very man we speak of? It is none other than the one, the only, the fabulous PAUL McCARTNEY!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAUL!!! On your birthday last year, I wished that I would get tickets to your one and only show in Ontario and literally 2 days later, my wish came true! One of my only dreams in life was to see you in concert at least once and my dream came true last July 21st. You’ll never know how much it made my soul fly to see you on that stage. You make me so happy to be alive and breathing on this earth just for the sake of knowing that you’re on it too! Your music inspires me each and everyday to keep practicing my skills because maybe one day, I can change the lives of others with my music just as you did to me. As my wish came true last year, I’ll make another one for old time’s sake: this year, I’m going to wish that you come back to Canada again so I can see you once more! Happs my man, I hope your birthday is the best yet with many more to come. xxx 💗 💖 💘 💗 💖 💘 💗 💖 💘

anonymous asked:

Hi, I am Chinese mclennon fan, and I'm new to the couple. So could you introduce me some biography about John and Paul?Thank you very much! I love you ❤️😘💕

You are welcome!

I think it’s important you first read a couple of biographies separately first.

When choosing a book about John and Paul, I think it’s very important to decide first what you want to know about them.

If you want the typical journalist/critic biography, an objective point of view of the facts, I suggest you ‘Many years from now’ for Paul, it’s seen as the almost official biography about Paul (even if last year Philip Norman has published a book about him too, more than 1,000 pages about Paul’s life. I haven’t read it yet but you can give it a look?)

If you want the perspective of someone close to them, which in my opinion is always the best choice, cause these are the people who really know what happened, I suggest you Mike McCartney’s book about his brother ‘The Macs, Mike McCartney’s family album’, he really does a good job showing his family roots, telling so many untold stories about Paul with never-seen-before pictures of the family. He tells the story from the beginning to now.

For John, the two suggestions are:

If you want the journalist/objective point of view, pick Philip Norman ‘John Lennon: The life’, he really was one of the first writers that tried to show a different image of the man everyone know, sometimes going into deep waters, showing his dark side. Philip Norman got critics from the papers and Yoko and Paul cause in the book he writes about John’s sexuality, his ‘love’ for Paul and his bisexuality, he really was one of the first journalist to try investigate about it and I think he did a really good job.

If you want a closer look, someone who’s been with him from childhood, pick Pete Shotton ‘John Lennon: In My life’, or Cynthia’s book ‘John’, or Julia Baird ‘Imagine this’. From all the 3 I rec you the first one, cause it’s the look of a friend, who doesn’t have resentments against someone so it’s a kinda objective point of view.

For a Mclennon book I rec you these, you can read here my reviews

- If you want to know more about the songs they wrote for each other, read ‘Lennon vs McCartney’ by Adam Thomas

- Powers of Two by Joshua Wolf Shank, for a psychoanalitic analysis of their creativity partnership

-Pick one from ‘Lennon-McCartney, the story of music’s greatest songwriting duo’ by Charles River or ‘John Lennon and Paul McCartney, their magic and their music’ by Bruce Glassman.

-‘The day John met Paul’ by Jim O’ Donnell is all about July 6 1957, the day they met. It‘s really nice.

Have fun! :)

Favourite Scale: Marie or Per?

So, who are The Beatles?

- John
- Paul
- George
- Ringo

This is a very typical question: who is your favourite Beatle?

Some like John more, some like Ringo, some find George the best while some like me have Paul as their favourite Beatle.

But everyone who knows the Beatles have a favourite band member. There have been surveys about them. Paul was more a favourite before John died (his score increased after his death i.e.).

Same is the case with the Backstreet Boys.

- Brian
- Kevin
- AJ
- Howie D
- Nick

And Fleetwood Mac:

- Lindsey
- Stevie
- Christine
- Mick
- John

Do you have a favourite?

Girls some years back had a favourite One Direction guy. So in short, it is very common to have a favourite band member.

(Haha, you guessed well where I’m coming now)

Who is your favourite?

- Per
- Marie

I’ve seen diplomatic answers to this question where it is said “im both” or “the brain and the heart work together” and all these nice and very true explanations about the importance of both.

The Beatles were all important, but you like one Beatle more then the other, and that is OK.

Classic rock fangirl problems...

I just thought some of you would be interested in the events that occurred in my English class today. We were having a class discussion and I don’t even know how the topic came up, but my teacher (whose probably in his mid 60s) said, “boy how the times have changed! Back in my day all the girls were in love with Paul McCartney and The Beatles (as he does a really high pitched girly voice)!” Everyone proceeded to be confused and than he said “And imagine some of you girls having a crush on him or Mick Jagger? I know it’s weird girls!” And everyone in my class agreed, nodded and were talking to one another about how weird it would be to have crushes on them. I than put my face in my shirt because I was laughing and crying so hard that my face turned red. I was trying to be super sly about it, but everyone noticed and I took my face out of my shirt and just said really quietly “ya gross who would have a crush on them!” My teacher had to change the topic after that.

anonymous asked:

I would like to know where you got your information on John Lennon from because it is false. Educate yourself.

You’re lucky I’m bored at work, because otherwise, I’d make you educate yourself. But I’ll educate you instead.

I said John Lennon was “a wife beating racist homophobe who treated his children like shit.” Let’s run down the list:

  • “wife beating”: In a Playboy interview, when asked about the song Getting Better, Lennon said, “It is a diary form of writing. All that “I used to be cruel to my woman, I beat her and kept her apart from the things that she loved” was me. I used to be cruel to my woman, and physically — any woman. I was a hitter. I couldn’t express myself and I hit. I fought men and I hit women. That is why I am always on about peace, you see. It is the most violent people who go for love and peace. Everything’s the opposite. But I sincerely believe in love and peace. I am not violent man who has learned not to be violent and regrets his violence. I will have to be a lot older before I can face in public how I treated women as a youngster.” The sister of Stuart Sutcliffe, the first bassist of the Beatles, also blames Lennon for his death (of an aneurysm) because he had kicked Sutcliffe in the head with a steel-toed boot about a week prior. And the violence and abuse didn’t stop when he was young. He would force Yoko to go everywhere with him, including the bathroom, not letting her out  of his sight unless he was going off to cheat on her, often while she was in the next room, and was abusive to both of his sons (especially his first, Julian).
  • “racist”: I mean, aside from the obvious “Woman Is The Nigger Of The World,” a song that implies that it’s wrong how we treat (non-white) women like “niggers,” which implies that treating black people that way is just the state of things. He also said, speaking of when he discovered rock music, “When I heard it [“Long Tall Sally”], I couldn’t speak. You know how you are torn. I didn’t want to leave Elvis. We all looked at each other, but I didn’t want to say anything against Elvis, not even in my mind. How could they be happening in my life, BOTH of them? And then someone said: It’s a nigger singing.’ I didn’t know Negroes sang. So Elvis was white, and Little Richard was black. ‘Thank you, God,’ I said. There was a difference between them… “ He was apparently supportive of (and friends with members of) the Black Panthers later in life, but allying yourself with some black people doesn’t make you not racist.
  • "homophobe”: John Lennon made homophobic and antisemitic remarks about their manager, Brian Epstein, who was both gay and Jewish. When a close friend of the band made a joke about John Lennon having an affair with Epstein after they went on vacation to Spain together, he beat him nearly to death. He refused to apologize, saying, “He called me a bloody queer, and I bashed in his ribs for it.”
  • “who treated his children like shit”: It’s well-known that John was abusive to his first son, Julian. I’m shocked that you call yourself a fan but don’t know that. Everyone knows that. I’ve never listened to an entire Beatles album and I’ve known that since middle school.

Ho ho ho, Classic Rock Fandom! Christmas is coming and so is The Secret Rocker Santa project! I started this project back in 2013 and it was a prosperous start. Almost 500 classic rock fans have joined, made new friends and shared good emotions together. Last year the project was even more successful, so I feel motivated to keep this tradition going and I hope that you’ll help me to make it big this year too.

※☆:゚*★ ※:゚* ※☆:゚*★ ☆:゚*★☆:゚*★ ※☆:゚* ※☆:゚*★ ※☆:゚*★ ※:゚*★ ※☆:゚* ※☆:゚*

Are you in love with the Beatles? Or you are a Led Zeppelin fan? Can’t live without listening to Queen? David Bowie is your icon? It doesn’t matter which Classic Rock bands or singers you are into. If you are looking forward to making new friends who are in love with classic rock or just want to make someone happy, sign up and make it happen, this is your chance!

What is Secret Santa?

Secret Santa is a tumblr-wide “match-maker” where you will anonymously compliment/befriend a tumblr user who is randomly assigned to you and in turn, you will be assigned to someone else.

How it works:

  • From now until November 25th, message me saying you want to participate in Secret Rocker Santa. (you can’t do it anonymously)
  • I need to know your age and favourite bands/singers (Your list can contain 5 or less favourites). However, if your bands/singers are not very popular in this fandom, it’s possible that your pair might not share the same interests.
  • If you are older than 20 years old, you may be paired with someone with different interests or age, since most of the people who sign up are 13-22 years old.
  • Your blog doesn’t have to be classic-rock-related, you just need to be a fan.
  • During the last days of November (the 25th through the 30th) I will be randomly assigning people to their Secret Rocker Santas. You will receive a message from me telling you their information, but it would be extremely helpful if you could message me first to find out who is your pair, that would help me to reduce the tumblr messaging limit problem. You might get a message from my second account daenerys-drogon-targaryen, so don’t be surprised, you can trust the information.
  • You will start messaging your pair ANONYMOUSLY on the 1st of December and continue until Christmas (December 25th), which is when you will reveal yourself and (hopefully) have made a new friend.
  • You can send your pair whatever you want (as long as you do not reveal your identity), your job is to make your pair feel happier! (Some ideas: lyrics, pictures, facts, play games, chat and of course do things that are not only associated with Classic rock).
  • Be careful - make sure you are messaging your pair anonymously.
  • Some people might get more than one santa or will be assigned to more than one person, since many unexpected things can happen and I want to make sure that everybody will have a pair. So if you are not able to be a secret santa for two people let me know. (You can also let me know if you’d like to be a santa for two or more people)
  • Please tag messages that you receive from your secret santa and related posts as #SRS, so your santa will be able to find your answers easier. (If you don’t know how to do it - message me)

  • If you’re not committed to messaging your Santa at least few times a week - DO NOT SIGN UP. I want everyone to have a good santa.
  • If your Santa has not contacted you in over a week, message me and I will gently remind them or find you another one.
  • DON’T BE AN ASSHOLE. Mean people will not be tollerated.
  • Answer all of your santa’s messages and do not ignore them.
  • Let me now if your santa is being rude.
  • Let me know if you think that I’ve made any mistakes.
  • If you are not already following your pair’s blog, you probably shouldn’t do it right away, because they might understand that you are their santa.
  • It’s useful to have an easy-to-find “about me” page so that your Santa will have something to talk to you about.
  • Please try to keep a note of who you’re assigned to! You’ll also get a personal number which you will have to remember. There will be a record of it but I do not want to remind you every day.
  • It might take few days for me to answer all of your messages, don’t be surprised, stay patient.
  • IF YOU CHANGE YOUR URL DURING THE PROJECT PLEASE LET ME KNOW. If you don’t let me know about your new url, you will no longer be a part of the project.
  • If I find any blogs with closed askboxs they will no longer be a part of this project as well.
  • Also let me know if you are having any difficulties and you can’t participate in this project any longer or need to take a break.
  • Pleaso do not be mad at me if I make any mistakes, because this project requires plenty of time, emotions and work. I try my best to make everything go smoothly, but I am just a regular tumblr user.
  • You don’t have to follow me, but keep an eye on the updates.

Jhené Aiko: Beauty With A Beat -USA TODAY.

More than just a pretty face: You wouldn’t know it from looking at her, but Jhene Aiko has been relatively invisible throughout her musical career. At age 14, she got her start contributing backing vocals to the R&B group B2K. In the past few years, she’s become a high-caliber muse, singing hooks for Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino, Big Sean, J. Cole and Wale. Now she’s ready to break out on her own. On EP Sail Out, released last November, Gambino and Lamar sing for her, and she toured with Drake on his 2013 Would You Like a Tour? Aiko pairs with Drake on his From Time and her current single, The Worst, is No. 16 on USA TODAY’s urban airplay chart.

Finally at the wheel: After years of working on other people’s music, she’s eager to call the shots. “When I was younger, I was just the singer and I’d get songs sent to me and I had no connection with them. Then I’d do the music videos and I couldn’t pick my own clothes. I wouldn’t feel proud because it wasn’t my vision,” says Aiko, 25. “Now that I’m doing everything I want, it’s so much more satisfying.”

Patience is a virtue: Standing in the wings for the last decade doesn’t bother Aiko, who is of Japanese, African-American and Native American descent. Early on, Epic label executives tried to mold her into a pop star, but she insisted on writing her own music, and by 16, she walked away. She’s the youngest of five and has three half-siblings, so she’s used to waiting for her turn. “I’ve always been the little sister. That’s pretty much what it’s like with the people I work with,” says the singer, whose full name is Jhené Aiko Efuru Chilombo. “They respect me as an artist. They see me as one of the guys.”

Tiny, but tough: When it comes to her craft, she’s a giant control freak. “I like to be involved in everything. Sometimes it’s frustrating to get my vision across,” she says. “Instead of explaining it, writing it down, sometimes it’s easier for me to vocal-produce myself. It’s harder but more rewarding, because at the end of the day, I can sit back and know that all that work is real.” She also does her own rapping under the name J. Hennessy.

Hard work comes easy: She’s used to it. “When I was 18, I had two jobs. During the day, I worked at my uncle’s law office as a receptionist, then I’d take the bus to the mall to work a second job,” says the Los Angeles native. “Then, a few years after I had my daughter (Namiko, now 5), I worked at a vegan restaurant. I thought there’d be these nice people all about peace and love, but they weren’t. Most of the clientele were picky and demanding.”

Being a single working mother? Not so easy: With her full-length album, Souled Out, expected this summer, Aiko’s schedule will just become more demanding. “I’ve got a spot on Conan and I’m playing Coachella in April, and, hopefully, I’ll play a few dates on Drake’s European tour,” she says. “My schedule can get crazy, but I have a very supportive family. My oldest sister really keeps everything in order. When I’m out of town, she or my mom or my daughter’s father (O’Ryan Omir Browner, singer Omarion’s younger brother) will care for her.” But when Aiko is home, she keeps her work/life balance in check. “I take my daughter to school every day, and if I’m working at night, I try to get back to put her to bed,” she says.” I think if I work really hard now, I can slow down in a few years and even bring her to my shows.”

Dreaming of sleep: For her song Bed Peace, with Childish Gambino, Aiko found inspiration in John Lennon and Yoko Ono. “I loved them as a couple. They photographed themselves in bed together, they did everything together,” she says. “Everyone knows who The Beatles are, but I don’t think younger people know John and Yoko’s message of world peace. That’s what this song is about.” Bed Peace is also about being in bed. “I would love to spend all day in bed,” she says. “I’m like a cat. I can sleep whenever, wherever.”

Right now, I found out about the heart-wrecking news that Cynthia Lennon or Cynthia Powell, has gone. It is so said really that not only did she die breaking hearts of many, she died next to her son Julian Lennon. Thank you Cynthia, for just being who you are. Many people may not have liked you because of you divorcing John but they should quickly know that you are your own person, you are Cynthia, not John. Thank you for helping John, and Paul, and George, and Ringo, and Julian, and Sean, and I and everyone you’ve ever helped. You are so very much adored and missed.

Hello everyone! I hope you’re doing alright, but if you’re not then know that I so sorry and I wish there was more I could than just send out positive vibes, but every little helps I suppose. I hope you have a really good day today and take the time to give us a smile with the four people who do it best. Much love to you all x
