I stg, the Grumps save my life every freaking day. I just watched today’s Q&A and, after the question on college, I’m crying.
Dan: It’s like any big life decision. Like, whether it’s school, or someone you’re dating, or a job, or anything like that, like, even if it doesn’t work out, it doesn’t turn out to be right, it makes you realize-it brings you one step closer to knowing what you do want, you know?
Barry: At least, for me, college was a good place to experiment and fail in a safe environment.
Kevin: Regardless you go or not, it’s all about the effort you put into what you want to do.
Suzy: I think you should at least try it…see if it’s for you.
Arin: Don’t flounder too much, like, if you make a decision to do something, like, commit to it.
And, my favorite part:
Kevin: I know it’s a lot of pressure for, like, high school kids these days, like, they’re always saying, “You need to figure out what you wanna do for the rest of your life, you know, like, by the time of your senior year,”
[Everyone groans, “no”, shaking their heads]
Kevin: Don’t-don’t stress over it.
Barry: You can’t plan decades. That’s crazy.
Kevin: You’ll figure it out.
Arin: Especially when you’re that young.
Barry: Be smart but don’t over-stress it.
