the sandy // handmade modern flat leather slip-ons in rose by sevillasmith

there’s something modern and so cool about sevillasmith’s buttery and eclectic slip-on flats — maybe it’s the diagonal cutout look, or the rosy hue, or maybe the supple leather. in any case, i’m in love.

This (totally nonfunctional as a jacket) jacket is off the charts!

I really wanted to wear my Shakespeare socks because I was going to the first day of a Shakespeare class I’m trying to get into (the waitlist is not moving AT ALL) but they’re hard to fit into an outfit and I was in a hurry.

Two different people complimented my shirt and I yelled excitedly at both of them about how it’s the only piece of official merch I’ve found with Padmé on it and then we ended up talking about how great she is.

[Image description: one full-body photo of a young woman (me) with short, pastel pink hair that’s pulled back with a brown claw clip.  I’m standing in front of a grey wall.  I’m holding a metallic pink cane in my left hand.  I’m wearing a white shirt that’s sort of a muscle tank?  As in, the “straps” are wide and cover my whole shoulder, but there are no sleeves.  It has a picture of Leia Organa from the Star Wars movies sitting at a table in front of a red-tinted mirror; in the reflection, her mother Padmé Amidala is cupping her face.  The shirt is tucked into high-waisted, vertically striped orange pants, which are cropped to end at about mid-shin.  I have on chunky brown mary jane shoes.  I’m wearing little red ladybug earrings, dark red lipstick, and a black watch.  As always, I have on my round black glasses.]

Well this photo came out kinda crappy and I think I cropped it to a weird size but I felt like shit and did not want to re-take it.  So here you are.

[Image description: one full-body photo of a young woman (me) with dark red hair that is braided into pigtails.  I am holding a metallic pink cane in my left hand.  I have on a bright (but not neon) green T-shirt that says, “My other disability is a bad attitude” on it in plain, black letters.  It is tucked into a plain black A-line skirt that ends a few inches above my knees.  I’m also wearing green socks that have vegetables like carrots, onions, mushrooms, etc. on them.  I have on my black, lace-up oxfords.  I’m wearing square blue earrings and black lipstick.  As always, I have on my round silver glasses.]
