An Erbore (or Arbore, both are ok) boy with a daate bowl on his head, made with calabash in south Ethiopia in Omo area.

Many kids in different tribes love to imitate the parents, and put things on head, or draw on their face or body. I saw this in Mursi, Karo (kara), Surma, Dassanetch… Even when they are kids, they wear beads, necklaces, and shells, some to protect from the bad spirits, some just to decorate themselves.
