Shoutout to the equestrians who didn’t grow up with horses; who are just getting into it in adulthood. You may not be where you want to be yet, but you are daring and amazing for chasing your dream, and you will get there.
This is for all the equestrians who are looked down upon because of their horse. “You can have the best bred and most expensive horse, but that’s not how it works. It works by which horse has the most heart.” I wrote that but it’s true and always remember it. Oh, and I love you <3
dressagexstrong is one of the most beautiful people I have met on Tumblr and one of my biggest hopes is for her to realize how wonderful and beautiful she is because she deserves the highest level of happiness.
And submit something nice about someone. You never know what they’re going through and sometimes a simple post makes more of a difference than we would ever know. Life is too short to be anything but nice.
Liz (daaaretobedifferent) is an inspiration on and off the horse. Not only is she an amazing friend and a supportive coach, but she never lets her illness get the better of her, achieving so many dreams; we should all learn from her. It’s a privilege to have her as a friend.
