Fleshed out the tree interiors enough so that I can actually fit some interesting rooms in them. The Mystic Woods area is probably gonna be the most vertically layered area in the game, with ground, inside, and canopy sections.
Hartley let himself into Cisco’s place, his stomach rumbling. They were out of anything good at the safe house and Shawna could live off that gross instant mac and cheese all she wanted but Hartley had other resources that he was going to take advantage of.
The first thing he did was open the fridge and pull out a container of leftover Fettuccine Alfredo that Cisco had cooked for dinner on Monday. He piled some into a bowl and stuck it in the microwave, grabbing silverware and a pouring a glass of wine while the pasta heated up. He noticed the syrup was still sitting out and he stuck it back in the pantry with a frown.
He had showed up for pancakes that morning, just like they had discussed the night before. And Barry had delivered. But minutes after Hartley arrived, Barry rushed out saying something about work and crime scenes. So Hartley and Cisco had eaten the pancakes without Barry, and Hartley couldn’t help but feel that Barry was trying to avoid him.
When his food was ready he carried it into the living room and settled on the couch, flipping through the channels until he landed on an Animal Planet show about building epic tree houses.
