epic protein

Another day and another epic protein pizza.

Recipe:

2lbs of chicken buffalo seasoned (i fry it on a pan in a little bit of olive oil)

around 1 cup of cheese

at least 1 cup of spinach

Whole wheat pizza dough (buy it at whole foods, i don’t make my own)

add some buffalo sauce for flavor

Put in the oven at 450 for 12 min.

Well over 175g of protein
