Jury: Man whose death sparked London riots was lawfully killed

Guardian: Mark Duggan, whose death by armed officers sparked riots in England in 2011, was lawfully killed, an inquest jury found Wednesday.

Duggan’s family reacted angrily as the verdict was read.

While the inquest jury found 8 to 2 that Duggan was lawfully killed, it also found by the same margin that Duggan was unarmed when he was fatally shot.
