engineer arteers

Hey Engineer-arteers,

Wow, it’s been a long time since anything has happened on here. I am very sorry about that. It’s just been a very stressful part of the year. We’ve all been very busy, and I’ve personally gone through some serious health issues, so we haven’t had time to keep up with this blog. HOWEVER, I am refusing to let this Tumblr die.

Here’s the status on Rex Marksley. We are missing 5, ONLY 5, spots and as much as we would like to, we cannot post the scroll-along until these spots are full. So please, if anybody would like to do one of these 5 remaining pieces, here’s your chance.

OPEN SPOTS:

6) but Rex trick shot out all the nails

so out the fence all their cows went

9) Rex Marksley

When it came to gun slinging he was the best

10) Rex Marksley was a tinkerer

an engineer extraordinaire

28) and the bad guys always fell to their demise

34) Rex Marksley

When it came to gun slinging he was best

Please, please, please help us out guys. It’s really been unfair to all the participating artist that this project hasn’t been posted yet. We’d like to crank this out as soon as possible so everybody can see it.

friendly reminder for everyone doing the brass goggles art project to please have your pieces done as soon as possible. they were due yesterday but some people requested some more time. and if anyone can’t make it let the engineer-arteers blog know so we can give your part to someone else. or me. cuz i just got a LADADADA part and i’d love to do another piece with more words. lol.

i wanted to post on the arteer’s blog but i’m bad at sounding official. also i don’t like it being muddied up too much with the begging of people to turn in their arts.

i’m just anxious to get it posted cuz it’s gonna be pretty epic (:

Hey Engineer-Arteers!

Hey Engineer-Arteers

The deadline for the Rex Marksley scroll-along project was yesterday but seeing how we forgot to give you a reminder earlier this week (all of the admins have been really busy and I’ve been sick) we have decided to extend the due date to this upcoming Monday. That is 9/16.

I will personally be sending all of the artists who haven’t completed their piece yet a message asking about their current progress. If you wish to drop out of the project you must do so by the end of today. If you don’t finish your project by Monday but you didn’t drop out today, you will be put on the probation list for the next project. Sorry to be so strict but we really want to see the project completed as soon as possible for the artists who did complete their art on time.

Also, THERE ARE STILL OPEN SPOTS!!!!! If you would like to join us still or would like to complete another line (granted you’ve already completed your first line) just send us a message! Remember, the sooner these lines are done, the sooner you guys get to see the scroll-along!

I really want to do one of these but the thing is, it seems like you have done a lot of the songs so far. Do you know what song will be next?

We do not know what the next song will be because we take suggestions from the fans on which song to do next. The song with the biggest number of suggestions gets chosen. You may see all of the scroll alongs that we have already completed in the Scroll Along link on our page. Check back in regularly on our page or in the tag”spg group art project” to see what we are currently up to.

PS. Even though the deadline for the current project, Rex Marksley, is this Friday, there are still spots open and anybody is welcome to join in on the fun. Artists who have already completed their piece for this project are more than welcome to pick another to work on.
