My phone went off on the desk beside me. One new message from Harry, ‘Hey Emily, can you meet me at the park? :)’

'Right now?’

'Yea. I want to see you x’

'Okay, give me ten minutes and I’ll be there. Love you.’

'Yay! :D Love you too babe xx’

With that, I got up from my desk where I was writing my essay and pulled on a pair of blue jeans and a white jumper, shoving my headphones in my pocket. I ran down the stairs and slipped into my sneakers, grabbing my key off the hook and I dashed out the door, locking it behind me. Pulling my headphones out, I plugged them into my phone and put them in my ears, letting the sound of 'Give Me Love’ take over my thoughts. I walked down the street and turned onto the path that led to mine and Harry’s favourite park, the one we first met at.

Once I got to the park, I stopped to look around for Harry. I found him, laying on a blanket about ten feet away. Walking over to the blanket, I put my headphones back into my pocket. I sat down beside him, and he looked up at me, then sat up. “Hey babe,” He said, hugging me, “It’s nice to see you again.”

“I was with you yesterday.” I laughed.

“Yea, but that was twelve hours ago!” he groaned

“Oh Harry,” I smiled and leaned toward him, and he did the same. “Tag! You’re it!” I said, leaning back away from him, pushing off his chest and getting up to run away.

“Emily!” he whined. “That’s no fair!” but he got up and chased me anyway.

After about an hour of playing tag, a few kisses here and there, and deafening laughter from the both of us, we returned to the blanket. Harry sat down and then fell back dramatically, laying down with his hands behind his head. I followed suit, laying on my back and resting my head on his stomach, as we lay there and watched the clouds.

“Look!” Harry said, pointing to a cloud, “That one looks like a cat!” I could hear the smile in his voice. I sat up beside him and crossed my legs. He looked so happy just laying there, it made me smile. I leaned down and kissed his nose, as he crinkled it. It was getting cooler, and as the wind blew against my neck, a shiver was sent down my spine. Harry sat up and took his beanie off his head. Turned to me, he smiled cheekily, pulling it onto my head, over my ears, and partially covering my eyes. We laughed, and he adjusted it. “It looks good on you.” he murmured.

“Thankyou Mr. Styles.” I smiled, and pulled it down a bit more.

I felt a raindrop hit my cheek, then another one, then another one. I stood up and started dancing around in the rain, as Harry sat there, watching me. A few seconds later, he joined me, taking my hands in his as we danced crazily around the park. The rain was coming down harder and faster now, and Harry slowed down. He pulled me in closer and smiled down at me. I looked up at him, his hair soaked and sticking to his face. He took my face in his hands and his lips met mine. I could feel his smile against my lips.

We broke apart, “We should probably go inside somewhere before we get sick.” he said.

“Okay, let’s go back to mine.” I answered. He kissed me once more quickly before grabbing the blanket. He took my hand in his free one as we walked back to my house.
