zoe saldana: when somebody throws in a big word (that I don’t know) i just say, “i’m so sorry I don’t know what that means, can you please explain that?” i don’t care if i’m sitting at the president’s table having dinner, i have to be myself. i want to practice every day being myself. it’s not natural to me, it’s not natural to anybody – we’re human, we’re meant to worry about what the other person thinks, but you have to exercise it. so, i just practice it because i like this peace that comes from forcing yourself to not be anything else other than what comes with being yourself.

jenna-louise coleman: (on hearing she’d got the part on doctor who) i was in marks and spencer holding an avocado having the debate of what goes best in a salmon salad when i got the call from my agent, and it was kind of bewildered excitement, confusion, ‘really? oh goodness’, all sorts of emotions. after i hung up, i thought, 'i really can’t carry on shopping’, so i just put the basket down and left marks and spencer, and just went for a little walk and tried to digest.
