Bedroom Witch Tips

🌿Herb sachets hung above your bed (request herb sachet recipes from me if you’re interested).

🌿Hang Dry herbs upside down in your bedroom (Lavender helps for anxiety and depression… it is very calming or Mugwort for dreams. Mugwort is very invasive, you can find it growing everywhere).

🌿Herbs placed inside your pillow sheet (I place Mugwort leaves inside to active lucid dreams).

🌿Setup an Altar near your bed: add elements of earth, fire, water and air. You can also use your windowsill as an altar.

🌿Place Black Tourmaline under your bed: shields you energetically by taking the electromagnetic frequencies, and instead of absorbing them, tourmaline changes, redirects, cleanses, and purifies the energy. This is how it handles negativity, even energies of psychic attack too!

🌿Place Sigil writings or powders for protection and restful beauty sleep under your mattress.

🌿Keep a dream journal under your pillow! Dreams can help us get a glimpse into our subconscious and the more dreams you write the easier it becomes for you to remember them.

🌿Unless you are allergic, sleep with the window halfway open or cracked to let good energy move around and circulate in your room and keep skin hydrated during the night.

🌿Drink herbal tea before bed each night. (Request free herbal tea recipes from me if interested) Mugwort tea is great to have in the evening before bed to reach high levels of lucid dreaming

🌿Smoking Herbs before bed is great as well. I recommend this book for further reading: Smoke Plants Of North America by M.R. Ross. (Request free Smoke Blend recipes from me if interested). With reverence, Rosemary Milk 🌹

⚡️How to Enchant Items⚡️

This is a basic guide on how to enchant everyday objects from necklaces and rings to phones and laptops. Whatever you want to enchant, go ahead and charm it!
⚡️This is not the only way to look at enchantment or do enchantments! Practice and explore to find what suits you best.⚡️

To break it down, enchanting is just giving an item purposed energy. All you need is intent + an energy source! The correspondences of that energy source will be transferred to your object. For example, I could take a necklace and leave it in the sunlight so the sun’s energy can be transferred to the necklace to give me energy, warmth, and confidence (those are my correspondences of the sun). Tada! That necklace is now enchanted!
⚡️Examples of energy sources: the sun, the moon, the weather, yourself, plants, herbs, crystals, electricity, the elements, sigils, etc.⚡️
You can also say a quick chant before or during the charging stage (charging is giving an item energy; the difference between charging and enchanting is that charging is giving an object energy without a specific purpose while enchanting involves giving an object purposed energy) to make that energy have a specific purpose. For example, I could take a ring and leave it on top of a rose quartz crystal and say, “This ring shall be energized with love.” Tada! That ring is now enchanted with the specific purpose of having loving energy! Rather than having all the correspondences of rose quartz transferred to my ring, it is now just the love aspect that has been given to my ring.
So, how do you use these items once they’re enchanted? Just keep them close to you! If you want to be confident, for instance, I’d recommend enchanting a necklace and wearing it around your neck so that it’s closer to where you talk and also closer to where you think. You can also leave them in places where you reside in the most since some of your energy will linger there, such as your bedroom, your most frequented restaurant, etc.

⚡️Common energy sources: crystals, the sun, the moon, herbs, the elements, your own energy, a tarot deck, electricity, lit candles, incense, essential oils⚡️

🌧❄️✨ "Let it Snow!" Jar Spell✨❄️🌧

Items:
- A Jar
- Crystal Dust (represents snow)
- Cotton balls (represents clouds)
- Snowflake sigils: “Let it Snow” (a bunch of tiny ones on little circles of paper)
- Red and Green ribbon
- Jingle bells
- a pinch of Peppermint (for cold)
- White candle (for charge)

Steps:

Throw the cotton balls, crystal dust, sigils, and peppermint into the jar.

Tie the bells onto the jar with the red and green ribbon.

Light the candle by the jar to charge it; Focus intently on snow falling from the sky and covering the earth in a big, fluffy, white blanket.

Then go outside and shake that jar at the sky!

❄️✨❄️✨❄️✨❄️

Note: If you don’t have crystal dust, chips or small pieces of crystal quartz will do just fine!

Elemental Spell Ideas

Most of the time, I try to do spellwork with the intent aligned with a specific element in order to use the energy of that element. Here are some ideas for choosing a type of spell based on its elemental alignment.

Water

  • charge herbs, stones, etc and throw into a moving body of water, such as a river, stream, or ocean. You can use a pond or lake, but I think the moving water has more effect.
  • Take a ritual bath with oils or herb blends suited for your purpose. The bath itself is cleansing, and soaking in the herbs, oils, and water while focusing on intent/chanting can be super powerful.
  • Carve runes or sigils into soap or bath bomb and use in bath. As the runes/sigil disappear, the spell is released.
  • Draw sigils into dirt with a stick/finger, let rain wash it away or pour water over it to release (this is also an earth spell)
  • Make teas/potions with edible(be careful!) herbs
  • Do a blessing or chant over wine or other beverages for yourself or to share any time (kitchen witchery is fantastic!)
  • Wash items with blessed and charged water to cleanse and purify. This can be ritual tools or just anything that you feel needs to be cleansed of negative energy.

Earth

  • Carve names, words, runes or sigils, into fruit and bury in a pot of dirt or in the ground. Good for things that you want to have manifest slowly.
  • For permanent effect, bury something that will not decompose, such as a stone or a glass bottle filled with items, herbs, images, etc.
  • Carve spells into wood or burn symbols into wood.
  • Recharge stones by burying them in dirt, sand, or salt
  • Collect dirt or sand from locations with good energy to use in rituals
  • Cooking! Specifically baking. (this can also be a fire spell, depending on what your’re making)

Air

  • Make incense
  • Place charms and other charged items in high locations or tie them onto tree branches
  • Astral or dream work
  • Create wind chimes or charms to hang in windows or outside near your home
  • Use incense to cleanse items and banish negative energy from your home

Fire

  • Write sigils, names, words, runes, etc on paper and burn. This can be used for manifestation or banishing
  • Use bonfires to raise energy
  • Fire gazing or fire scrying
  • Candle magick
  • Sex magick
  • Burn carves wax figures for banishing
  • Write on bay leaves and burn or place on an incense coal
  • Again, cooking!

These are just my associations and methods that I find useful. There are of course countless other options!
