As much as I’ve loved living in Europe, songs like this make me miss Cali. Using the classic Mama’s and Papa’s sample, SAVOY creates a hit for the dance floor. Pretty kewl stuff for those of you who rage on Thursday nights.
Netsky is a very legendary underrated producer and easily one of the best at drum ‘n bass/dubstep out. His remixes of Rusko’s Everydayand Skream’s Anticipate, were in my opinion better tracks than the originals. And here he gives us a completely original single off his upcoming album and it slapz! You can get the single over at iTunes. Well worth the purchase! Enjoyy
I’m not sure if many remixes can top the Das Kapital remix of Bon Iver’s original version of this song, but this comes pretty close. The Northern Irish producer Owsey adds some real nice light dubstep and drum ‘n bass to Birdy’s awesome cover. Very legendary, very chill. If the last track was too crazy of dubstep this is the most relaxing type. I would do homework to this sh*t if I had any!!!
Congorock and The Bloody Beetroots is pretty much always a dope combo. And this is no exception. I apologize for the slower posts for the next ten days. I’m heading back to the States and gotta pack and deal with all my finals and sh*t. Anyhoo, the legendary Jlems will be doing some posting so be prepared for some legendary tracks. CloM!
So, no idea really what the deal is with this, but it would be kinda awesome if this is actually real. Any Daft Punk news is very legendary indeed, even 1 minute previews! This does sound like the dudes, though, and I’m going to enjoy listening to it regardless. I’ll keep everyone updated on the news but for now I’m headed to the motherf*cking Canary Islands for Thanksgiving with the crew. Great way to start your Turkey Day (it’s already Thursday over here). Would you like some turkey with that gravy?!?!?!
Another great find by J Killa over at freshb33ts. Its only Monday, but if you have nothing to do tomorrow (unlike me) then get jiggy to this tonight or maybe even during the day! (you might have a problem if you are doing this). Its okay, though. Rage and Heem and Clom and Peep and Enjoy!
I haven’t listened to anything by Mike Posner in a minute! I can’t say I was a huge fan of his album, but I definitely recognize the dude as a talent. On this track he takes a turn for the electro in featuring the always legendary Rusko. I was waiting for a classic Rusko drop and it never came. Tons of remix potential, though.
P.S. I’m still playin’ that Me Too by Chip on repeat!
A breand new Skrillex slap? Yes, f*ckin, please!!! I came up on this sh*t like ten minutes ago and it literally made my morning/afternoon. Skrillex has a very recognizable sound and you can here all the elements of it in this track. You gotta love how he mixes electro and dubstep in the perfect combination. I cannot wait to see dude at Coachella. Peep!
