Massive improvement in my bridge from last week, plus the elbow bridge is back too. That is encouraging. My lower back is still stiff and the bruising in my ribs stops me really pushing over my shoulders.
Trying to get a foot to my head makes me feel nauseous, so still need time to heal on that.
The biggie this week is being able to do a plow again. My muscles wouldn’t let me - too weak and it made me feel sick. Now if I slowly lower into it I can manage it.
I put a lot of work into my mid-back at the start of November and it really helped. However, my shoulders have become stiff from just training aerial all the time. Time to step up the flexibility training.
