I’m Your Girl

Note:I’m sorry I’m late posting this (also if it’s short)! I hope you like it and thank you for the request! .c

Request:  Hi! So I’ve had a few ideas in mind for a Bucky oneshot. I’m thinking that he picks f!reader up from school/dance class/whatever and sees his girl with another guy and gets jealous and goes all Winter Soldier mode on them, like dangerous af and stuff? And maybe reader is used to his ways and just rolls her eyes at him or something in that direction?  - @lilsizzler

The sun was beaming down on you as you walked beside your friend Jonathan. You were smiling from ear to ear, constantly thanking him for helping you these past few weeks with your math class. It was your toughest subject, and with his tutoring, you aced the test. A weight had been lifted off of your shoulders and you could do back-flips if you were sure you wouldn’t break a bone.

Jonathan was the school jock, but he wasn’t the stereotypical type that peoplle usually run into. Well, aside from the playful winks and flirting. It was harmless but you knew that if Bucky heard anything he said to you, he’d be six feet under.

As if you jinxed yourself, you looked up at Jonathan as he slung his arm around your shoulders, pulling you close to his side. “Don’t even worry about it, Y/N!” He said after you thanked him for the millionth time in five minutes. You giggled and lightly shoved him away, rolling your eyes when he feigned fake shock.

“Wow. Not even a thank you kiss, though?” He joked, puckering his lips at you as he made kissing noises. “Ew, no!” You laughed loudly, shoving his face with your hand. Jonathan stopped dead in his tracks, the sound of his shoes scraped against the concrete, and gasped dramatically. “I’ve never felt so hurt in my life.” He fake sobbed, wiping his cheek as if a tear escaped his eye.

You giggled and covered your mouth with the back of your hand. “You’re a nightmare.” You said through your laughter, waving his behavior off. Jonathan had grown quiet as your giggles came to a stop. His posture had stiffened a bit and he almost looked scared. Almost. He could hold his own and was never afraid of a challenge. So when you noticed his muscles flexing, you turned to see what had him on high alert.

Bucky was speed walking towards you and your friend, his jaw clenched and his metal arm showcased in a tight black shirt, the mechanical piece whirring with anger if it could ever hold an emotion. “Bucky!” You groaned, hardly having the strength to stop him as he shoved past you, already knowing what was about to happen.

He gripped onto the collar of Jonathan’s jersey before he had the chance to fight back. “How dare you try to kiss my girl!?” Bucky yelled in Jonathan’s face, tightening his grip. Jonathan cowered under Bucky’s hold and his eyes glanced towards you, silently begging you for help.

You rolled your eyes at Bucky’s childishness and stepped in between the two, trying to push Bucky away by his abdomen. “He was just playing around! I’d never let that happen!” You shouted, staring right up at Bucky. His eyes remained on Jonathan, shoving him to the ground behind you.

A grunt fell from Jonathan’s lips as he hit the concrete and he scoffed. “Dude, chill.” He stood back to his feet and dusted off the back of his shorts, shaking his head to himself. “Y/N, I’ll see you later.” Jonathan mumbled as he walked away from you. You quickly grasped his arm. “I’m sorry about this.” You apologized before turning your gaze to a fuming Bucky.

If there’s anything he hated other than his past and HYDRA, it was someone else trying to steal you away from him. You’ve dealt with his protective and jealous nature countless times, so much so, it’s become a bit annoying. You just couldn’t believe he would go so far as to physically assault someone-that someone being your friend.

Jonathan slowly looked between the both of you and smirked. “No need to apologize… sweetheart.” And there it is: the ‘I don’t back down from a challenge’ attitude he possesses. Before you could protest, Bucky bolted towards Jonathan and gripped onto his neck this time. “Call her that again and I’ll fucking end you!” He yelled, tightening his grip on Jonathan’s neck.

“Bucky! That’s enough!” You pulled him away from Jonathan and he released his grip. “Fucking hell man!” Jonathan rasped, grasping at his neck as his body shook with coughs. “We’re going home.” Bucky looked down at you, his jaw clenched. You gaped at him and actually laughed. You couldn’t believe he did something like this.

Leaving the scene, you gripped your bag tightly on your shoulder as you stomped away from Bucky. You understood why he would be jealous, but it pissed you off how he didn’t trust you. You knew Jonathan would never do anything like that and he knew that you two were just friends.

Bucky being the overly-jealous boyfriend, of course, didn’t care to realize that. Your lips were pressed together tightly as your thoughts raced around in your mind and you heard Bucky running behind you. He reached out for you but you only walked faster.

“Y/N, stop for a second!” Bucky said, grabbing onto your wrist. You quickly turned to face him, your chest rising and falling at a fast pace. “Honestly, what the hell was that? You choked him! I don’t-why would-do you really not trust me!?” You threw your arms up in the air, shouting so loud you could feel your voice becoming hoarse.

Bucky flinched at your tone and his face contorted with guilt. “Doll, he was making kissing faces at you. And his arm was-” You cut him off with a loud groan of frustration and ran your hands over your face, tilting your head back to look at the clear blue sky. “I cannot believe..” You muttered, shaking your head.

You looked at Bucky and sighed heavily, figuring it was no use to argue with him. It’d only make matters worse. Bucky waited patiently for you to speak. His head was hanging low and his hair framed his face. The sight of him so vulnerable always made your heart ache.

“Can you promise me something?” You spoke much softer now, stepping closer to Bucky. He didn’t lift his head, so you used the height difference to your advantage and met his eyes as you touched your chest to his torso. Your head tilted back and a small smile played at his lips as he watched you. He nodded and looked back and forth between your eyes.

“Trust me. Jonathan is just a tutor. He was a friend, but I’m sure you don’t have to worry about that anymore.” You sighed lightly, pursing your lips. Bucky sighed after you and let his hands hold onto your waist. “Y/N, I’m sorry. I just hate knowing that I could lose you so easily.” Bucky said quietly, leaning down to rest his forehead against yours.

You smiled and held him closer, your arms wrapping around his waist. “I told you that would never happen.” Bucky nodded and leaned in more to place his lips against yours. Your eyes closed as you kissed him back, your hands grasping at the material of his shirt.

Bucky pulled away first and let out a shaky breath, his hands resting on your cheeks now. “Good. Because I plan on keeping you for a while. Forever to be exact.” You giggled and bit your lip. “I’d hope so. You’re stuck with me, old man.” Bucky lightly groaned at the nickname you called him and took your hand in his, leading you down the sidewalk.

You giggled and swung your hands back and forth. “You’re my girl.” Bucky said with a smile, his teeth showing and his eyes wrinkling. You couldn’t help but let go of what just happened and thank whoever it is in higher power that you got so lucky.

“I’m your girl.”

All My Friends

Bucky x Reader

Summary: you come home after a long night of partying and drinking with your girls and find yourself crawling into Bucky’s bed.

Words: 952

Warnings: smut? (just making out)

A/N: Based on the song All My Friends by Snakehips. Thought it would be cute :) (this is in Bucky’s POV)

A/N 2: this is not only my first published fanfic, but also my first—sorta—smut. If it’s terrible, please please please give me feedback on what I should change. Thx 💛

Wanda’s laugh echoes through the halls, a clear sign that the girls were home from their night out. It’s nearly four in the morning, but I expect nothing less. Nat told me about it before they left. Yesterday’s mission was hard on all of us. More people died than we intended, and Y/N blamed herself for not being there in time. It hit her roughly and she had been depressed about it for two days straight. So Nat opted for a night out. Evidently, it went well, because I hear Y/N’s scream-like laughter not far away from my door. A smile plays onto my lips from the sound, my eyes staring up at the dark ceiling. I’d never get tired of it. I shake my head, shifting in my oversized bed, sighing at my own thoughts. Stop torturing yourself.

“Holy shit, you’re so loud.” Nat chuckles from the hall. She was always the least impacted by alcohol.

They quiet down as they say their good nights to each other, doors opening and closing softly. I place my hands behind my head and close my eyes, trying to will myself to sleep. It never comes easy. After a few minutes, when my eyes feel droopy, I hear a soft noise. Peaking through my closed lids, light makes me recoil as a figure comes forward. I furrow my eyebrows as the door closes.

“Bucky?” Y/N whispers. My eyes widen. What the hell?

“Y/N?” I murmur. “What’s wrong?” I say, sitting up from my resting position. She squeals quietly and her weight hits the bed suddenly, her face at my knees. I reach over and turn on my lamp from my bedside table. The soft glow illuminates the curve of her hip, gloved tightly by an emerald green dress. She sits up, her eyes soft and careless, unlike her usually determined, strong demeanour. It catches me off guard for a moment. She looks so peaceful, her eyes finding my face and smiling angelically. I can’t help but smile back at her smudged lips. “Are you ok?” I say softly. She pulls here legs on the bed and sits on her knees in front of me.

“I missed you.” she smiles. “That’s all.” She leans down, the side of her head laying on my right thigh. I hesitantly brush a hair off her face, letting her eyes lock with mine. Her smile fades slowly. “I killed those people, Buck.” she whispers. My heart pierces at the tone of her voice. I lift her off my knee and grip her shoulders, forcing her to look at me.

“No.” I say. “You did everything in your power to keep everyone safe. You saved so many people. They’re alive because of you.” I say. She looks at me, her eyes drooping low. She looks all over my face, leaning in quickly. Before I’ve realized it, our lips collide. I don’t move, just process what’s happening. I inhale sharply, the smell of her shampoo entering my nose. Once it’s sunk into my mind, I close my eyes and push back against her, cupping her cheeks with my hands. Her small arms snake around my neck and she shifts into my lap. Her body presses against mine so hard, I’m pushed into the headboard. Our lips break to catch our breath. Her face shifts into the crook of my neck, nipping at the skin of my throat. “Y/N…” I choke. She moans against me. “You’re… You’re drunk.” I breathe. She leaves my neck and returns to my lips.

“So?” she mumbles on my mouth, her eyes vacant.

“Y/N… Stop.” I say, trying to push her shoulders back. She whines as my lips leave hers.

“What’s wrong?” she whispers. Her hands tug at the end of my shirt. I breathe out, my face in the direction of the ceiling. “C'mon, Buck. Show me what you can do.” she says into my ear. I look into her clouded eyes, my breathing getting choppier as she grinds on my lap, making me harden.

“For fuck’s sake.” I whisper, smashing my face onto hers, her lips puckering on mine. I clasp her face, running my tongue along her teeth. She begins to yank at my sweatpants, and as she does, I pull my face from hers.

“You’re drunk. You’re not thinking straight.” I breathe heavily. I gently push her off my lap and climb out of the bed. Going around to the other side, I stand overtop of her. She reaches her hands out to me and I reach down and place them around my neck. My metal hand snakes around the back of her knees, my flesh hand on the small of her back. I pull her up in the bridal position and carry her to the door. She places her nose in my neck and snuggles into my chest. I struggle to grab the doorknob and swing it open. Y/N whines at the bright light of the hallway, pushing her face further between my arms. I look down at her face as I walk, repeating the words, this will pay off, this will pay off , in my head. I reach her door and push it open. Turning on the lights with my pinky, I walk to the bed and lay her down as gently as I can. She’s got a blissful smile on her face as she grasps the pillow in her hands. I sigh, cursing myself for being a decent person. I reach for her duvet, pulling it over her shoulders and planting a soft kiss on her forehead. I take one last look at her peaceful face before turning around and closing her door.

It just kind of hit me yesterday that Delphox has a really cool design and I went on drawing spree because damn, it’s so much fun! I love how the fur mimics a wizard’s robe, giving a fantastic flow to the design. Not to mention the contrasting elements, like big ears / small nose, wide ‘sleeves’ / small hands.

It was no secret that Bucky Barnes was a shell of a man, distanced from the new and foreign sense of reality he had come to know. The man himself was shy, very reserved, and somewhat lost with himself, he had distanced himself from life afraid, afraid that he would slip from his humanity and hurt someone by accident. And he didn’t want to hurt anybody, no one.

Steve knew the troubles and struggle of adjusting to a world far more advanced than what they remembered. And the team had attempted to ease the super solider into life, walks around the city, showing him the new technology and teaching him how to use it. Despite this, Steve knew that Bucky needed a push in another direction.

Down the street from The Avengers Tower stood a gym, it was kitted out with the latest equipment and all of the staff and members were amazingly kind and helpful with anything. So, Steve pulled some strings and managed to get clearance for Bucky to teach a self-defence class. And Bucky saw the good in it, remembering the atrocities he had committed, he thought it was only fair to do what he could to help people.

On the first day, Bucky was extremely nervous, the most interaction he had with anyone besides the team was the guy who ran the coffee shop down the street, even then the interaction was limited. Although, he felt oddly calm in knowing that both Steve and Sam were there by his side in support. The room contained a small group of people, a mixture of men and women, and Steve couldn’t help but let his eyes gravitate toward her. A woman who always returned his pleasant greetings when he said hello and gave her a warm smile, a woman who always offered to help him with workouts if he needed it, Steve hadn’t seen her in awhile. Sam also noticed her, how her dull eyes scanned the room and she looked down, her arms hugging her chest; he always bumped into her in the line in the cafe by the park, she always ordered the same thing and offered a kind smile each time they passed one another. But even he could see the obvious discomfort distorting her features, her body stood rigid and she looked paranoid, scared even. The woman stuck to the back of the class, watching carefully as Bucky demonstrated moves on volunteers but not wanting to get involved too much.

Once the class had ended, the woman grabbed her gym bag and pulled her sleeves further down, as if to conceal something. Dark strands of hair fell over her face as she quickly pushed them back in place as she headed for the exit, her lips turned downward and her eyebrows tensed, “Hey Lyla,” Steve called out to her, watching her freeze before turning back to face him, sighing as he beckoned her over to the trio of bandits. Sam watched her closely, how her blue orbs scanned the room before she decided to head over to them, “How have you been? I haven’t seen you in ages,” Steve stated as he looked down on her, noting her behaviour on the notepad in his brain.

Lyla shrugged, pulling the strap of her bag further up to sit on her shoulder, “Oh you know how things can be, work is pretty demanding,” she brushed off the situation with a tight lipped smile, her loose ponytail falling over her collarbone as her head moved from side to side.

Steve frowned, not believing a word she was saying, “Alright,” he said, earning a glare from Sam which he returned with a look of his own, “Lyla, this is Bucky, my best friend,” he paused as he turned to Bucky who wiped his forehead with a towel, “Bucky, this is Lyla, a friend of ours,” he motioned between Sam and himself with a grin.

Steve knew how shy Lyla was, almost as shy as Bucky in some ways, but despite her height it was clear that she possessed a large heart and a body full of compassion, “It’s nice to meet you,” Bucky told her, surprising himself by how easy the words left his lips.

Lyla nodded gratefully and felt her lips pull upward slightly as she looked toward the glass door, her expression dropping as she did, Steve followed her eyeline and found a man stood there, his arms folded over his chest and narrowed orbs focused in on her, “I’m sorry guys, I have to go,” she told the trio quickly as she hurried out of the room toward the man that neither Steve nor Sam could place in their minds. The man clenched his fists as she approached him, the trio couldn’t hear what he was saying to her, but judging the way she shrank when his lips moved, they knew it wasn’t good.

Sam sighed as he watched you and the mysterious man walk away, “Are you thinking what I’m thinking?” Sam asked Steve, his eyes glued to the two retreating figure, watching Lyla snatch away from his reaching hands.

Steve nodded, “Thinking what?” Bucky inquired with confusion, looking between the two males in the empty room.

The pair shared a look before turning to Bucky, “Lyla doesn’t wear hoodies in the gym, Buck, never,” Steve stated, his eyes filled with worry, “Lyla has always worn a smile, she’s never been so reserved, she’s shy but she loves to get involved with things, loves to be challenged,” he paused, “Plus, since I’ve been going here, Lyla has always come to the gym every Thursday night, not even work could stop that, this place gives her some time to herself.”

Sam cleared his throat, “Every night at 6pm she goes to the cafe down the street, always orders the same drink and sits in the booth by the window with a book in her hand, she hasn’t done that for weeks,” he told them, his arms folded over his chest as he looked at the place where she once stood.

Bucky frowned, suddenly feeling angry, furious even, “Why? I mean, why has she just stopped doing stuff?”

The blonde haired super solider pinched his nose and took a deep breath, “I think we’re asking the wrong questions,” he muttered, “What we need to find out is who that man was, because I’ve never seen him before in my life.”

Summary: you and Bucky have a secret relationship that you hide from the other Avengers. Or so you think ;)

Word Count: 1636

A/N: I can do requests just fyi :) honestly I don’t have much to say other than the fact that I’m listening to my happy song right now: Without Question from The Road to El Dorado. I recommend 💛

“Which one of you punks finished the popcorn?” Bucky growls. I chuckle.

“I’ll go make more.” I offer, taking the empty bowl from his hands. “This movie is lame, anyway.” I get up from the couch, winking. Nat follows closely behind me, rolling her eyes.

“They have the weirdest taste in movies, I swear.” I nod in agreement, pitter-pattering on the wooden floor in my bare feet, hoodie, and gym shorts. I reach the large, marble kitchen and head to the corner cupboard. Nat hops onto the counter, her big red curls bouncing with her. She huffs sadly. I roll my eyes with a smile.

“What’s wrong?” I ask, rummaging through the shelves. She turns to me and purses her lips.

“What’s wrong is I need to get laid.” she scowls. I laugh, plucking out a bag of microwaveable popcorn kernels and closing the cupboard. I shuffle over to the microwave and press the ‘Popcorn’ button, placing it in and turning it on. I spin around and face Nat.

“Since when did the Black Widow need a man?” I say mockingly. She puffs out her cheeks.

“I don’t need a man.” she scoffs, lowering her voice to a mutter. “I need a dick.” I bring my hand up to my mouth to mask my laughter. “What?” she says incredulously. “Don’t tell me you don’t feel the same.” I shrug, a distracted smile plastering my face.

“I think I’m alright.” I say quietly. Nat raises her eyebrows.

“What does that mean?” she says, hopping off the counter. My cheeks tint pink. I open my mouth to respond, but the microwave dings behind me. I smile nervously.

“Popcorn’s ready.” I say, whipping around and opening the microwave. I pull out the bag, nearly burning my fingers. My hand reaches out for the bowl, dropping the bag into it. I speed-walk back to the screen room, trying to beat Nat back so she won’t ask questions. “Pop-corn!” I sing. I’m met with multiple shushes and complaints. I scowl. “You’re welcome.“I say, sitting in my spot on the couch next to Bucky, whose on my left, and Rhodey on my right. Bucky smiles down at the bowl.

“Thanks, doll.” he says quietly, not looking at me. I bite my bottom lip. Not in a seductive way, but more as a habit. Sam reaches over Bucky and takes the bowl.

“It’s still in the bag!” he says, annoyed. I stick my tongue out at him.

“Then be useful for once and take it out.” He rolls his eyes and rips the bag open. Steve reaches into the bowl, grabbing popcorn and dumping a few pieces on the floor. “Uh-uh, you’re cleanin’ that up.” Sam shakes his head.

Wanda enters the room from the bathroom, plopping in her seat.

“What’d I miss?” she asks. I look back up at the screen, and as I do, feel a warm hand touch my fingers, then intertwine with them and clasp tightly. I sigh quietly.

“I dunno,” I respond, taking a split second to look at the man on my left. “just got here.” There’s a ghost of a smile on his face. I clear my throat. “Hey, dodo bird, pass the popcorn.” I say.

We are picking next time.” Nat scoffs, tugging on her shirt. I nod vigorously.

“I don’t know what the hell goes on in your minds when you watch these things.” I chuckle. Tony stretches his arms in the air, making a loud, drawn out grunt.

“You just don’t understand action movies.” Sam says. I raise my eyebrows.

“You mean the countless sex scenes? Yes, I’m sure you understand those very well.” I shake my head and plunk the empty popcorn bowl into the sink. Everyone begins to bid others farewell, each heading down to their bedrooms. I call goodnight to everyone as I wash the bowl, putting it away. By the time I’m done, everyone is long gone. I turn off the lights behind me and tiptoe in the opposite direction of my room.

My hand wraps around the doorknob, slowly and silently twisting it and pushing the door open. I close it behind me as I walk in, clicking the the lock in place. My bare feet cross the room and crawl into the bed. His arms are wide open, urging me in. The smells of mint leaves and popcorn fill my nostrils. I enter the duvet and lay down facing him, his arms snaking around my waist and pulling me closer. I breathe onto his Adam’s apple, my hands on his bare chest.

“Hey, doll-face.” he says quietly, resting his chin on my hair. I smile at his soft voice.

“Hi.” I whisper.

“Dammit, Barnes, wake up!” a voice speaks distinctly. My eyes open groggily, looking for the source of the noise. I shoot up, realizing someone is at the door. “Barnes!” There’s a loud bang from the other side of the door, Nat slamming her fist down on it over and over again. I shake his chest, earning a groan from the sleeping body beside me.

“Bucky.” I whisper. “Bucky.” He inhales and opens his eyes slowly, responding identically to me at the pounding of the door.

“Shit.” he mutters. He gets out of the bed and moves to the door. I bolt up and tiptoe into the closet as he unlocks the door and opens it.

“Finally.” Nat mutters. “There’s a mission debriefing in an hour.” she says.

“Ok.” Bucky says drowsily, pretending he’s still in a half-asleep state.

“Also, Stark wants you to come into the lab to do some science-y shit with your arm.” I can picture Bucky rolling his eyes without having to witness it.

“Alright.” he says. “I’ll talk to him about it.” The door closes after a moment, and I let out the breath I didn’t even realize I was holding. I step out of the closet and look at him. There’s an amused smile on his face, and I roll my eyes.

“Ugh” I groan. “I feel like I’m committing a crime just being around you.” He walks to me and places his hands on my hips, the metal making me shiver even through my hoodie.

“Do you wanna tell them?” he asks. I furrow my brows.

“Not yet. I want it to be just the two of us. For at least a bit longer.” He nods in understanding and leans his head down to touch his lips to mine softly. My fingertips go to his jawline, feeling his scruff. I pull away for a moment. "The debriefing.” I remind him.

“It’s in an hour.” he mumbles, sliding his hands down to the back of my thighs and lifting me up. The familiar, cool feeling of metal on my skin makes goosebumps rise on my legs. I instinctively wrap my limbs around him.

“Yeah, but if I’m not back in my room soon…” I say quietly next to his ear. He grumbles into my chest. I smile as he puts me down and stares at my eyes. The corners of his mouth turn up as he focuses in on me, only me. It’s the most liberating feeling in the world.

“Ok.” he says softly. He leans down and kisses my cheek before leading me to the door, a hand on the small of my back. I turn around and wrap my arms around his neck, standing on my tiptoes and hugging him tightly. His arms find my waist and fasten me to him. I sigh and let go, turning back to the door and opening it slightly. Looking through each side of the hallway to make sure the coast is clear, I step out of the room and begin walking down the hall. Once I’ve entered the lounge, I see Nat and Steve sitting on the couch, their chests pressed up against the back, looking in my direction. Nat throws her arms in the air.

“I KNEW IT!” she bellows. Steve itches the back of his neck, throwing a twenty dollar bill at Nat. She cackles and falls on her back, throwing her shins around. My eyes widen and I look back down the hall I just emerged from. Bucky’s door is already closed. It takes seconds for me to go beet red. I’m frozen in place. Nat regains herself, both she and Steve looking at me expectantly with smirks of amusement.

“What?” I croak. Nat smiles and gets up, tucking the bill into her pocket. Tony emerges from a hallway, shaking his hair with a towel.

“What is happening?” he says. “Who is yelling?” I begin to sidestep toward my room when a door opens down the hall. Bucky comes out of his room with a shirt and joggers on. He begins to walk towards me, realizing I haven’t moved since I left his room.

“What’s going on?” he says, entering the room. Steve shakes his head at him, smirking.

“Don’t try to play dumb, Bucky. Why didn’t you tell us you two were together?” he asks. Bucky’s eyebrows raise. I look at him and groan. He chuckles sheepishly.

“You guys didn’t know?” Tony says, tossing his towel on the ground behind him.

“You did?” Steve asks. Tony folds his arms.

“You people forget, I built this tower from the ground up. I see everything that goes on. Except in your own bedrooms, which,” Tony raises an eyebrow at Bucky and me, “thank God.”

“We have no privacy in this place.” I mumble. Bucky smiles, clearly unbothered by the situation. I try to follow suit. These are my friends. I shouldn’t shy away from my feelings in front of my friends. I smile nervously, shaking my head and looking at my feet as Nat calls dibs on having our first child be named after her.

Even though you had been working flat out for four hours and your feet could do with a good hot soak you were happy for the distraction. Not to mention your friends had claimed the end of the bar as their own so you could listen to their conversation and chip in with your own thoughts.

“I never knew you had Irish roots Steve” Wanda laughed as she cleared away their dirty glasses, you and Sharon were busy stocking up the bar with new bottles of spirits while Luis, Clint, and Darcy were busy serving the ever coming on slaughter of customers.

“They are faint but Ma’s family are all still over here, St Patrick’s Day is always a big celebration” Steve grinned holding up his beer glass.

“I think Clint could have toned it down with the decorations” you wafted the stray green paper streamer out of your way as you collected the empty spirit bottles to discard in the bin.

“Not a fan of the color green?” Natasha smirked at you as you tore away a cardboard cut out of a leprechaun blocking the bin.
