Country: United States
I’m a rising junior in college studying English, with a minor in History and citation in Italian. I’m from a small town, which I love, and go to school in Boston which is by far my favourite place in the world.
I read novels from late nineteenth century to late twentieth (love naturalism & consciousness) and poetry (Richard Siken, Eileen Myles, Denis Johnson, James Tate, et al). I watch every type of film, listen to rap & classical music, and travel whenever I get the chance. I’d love to talk about any and all of these things. I’m an INTP. My favourite season is autumn. I love the woods and thunderstorms and learning about things other people really love. I’m a new vegan so if you’re able to talk about that, it would be great, but no pressure. (But please no one who is against/does not really support veganism.) I love historical tv series (not exclusively period dramas–catch me ranting about The Get Down), old buildings, and taking walks. I’d love to get to know someone new–anyone who is interested in the world and would like to talk to someone about it. I don’t really think we have to have a lot in common. I’d love to have my worldview expanded. I cannot wait to hear from you.
Preferences: 18+, LGBTQ+ friendly, and I do not tolerate racism or sexism.
I would prefer to use snail mail, snapchat/text, and/or trade off doing youtube videos. All three would be fantastic. I really want to have someone that’s part of my daily life. I also think it would be great if we worked to create things for each other–that’s when I’ve learnt the most about the friends I have now, so packages and youtube videos seemed like a good idea. Snail mail isn’t a dealbreaker though, I completely understand financial/distance restrictions.
