egg veal

People are so quick to eat eggs for protein, eat fish for omega3s, drink milk for calcium, eat chicken for B12, and eat honey for antioxidants. So, my questions is: If you don’t mind earrings chicken periods, bee vomit, and animal corpses and secretions then why the fuck are none of you out there eating your girl’s placentas???? I think this is a valid fucking question tbh because those nasty suckers are chock full of nutrients.

How are you okay that baek is starving himself?

If he really did starve himself I will be hella worried, I might have missed out some stuff he or his member said but I think I’ve read fanacc that he’s been eating salad chicken breast for 3 months so he isn’t starving himself it means he does eat, but he said he’s been cutting down foods with carbs and didn’t eat rice and grains for 3 months. He don’t want to forget the taste of food thats why he chews it and spits it out. He said he will start eating everything now so I’m sure he will start eating foods he likes again so that’s a good thing.

Secondly a low-carbohydrate diet consists of eating protein and fat with less than 100 grams of carbohydrates they will eat foods like Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, high-fat dairy, fats, healthy oils, Beverages include coffee, tea or water, and maybe even some tubers and non-gluten grains. It also means NOT eating highly processed foods, sugar (eg: candy), high fructose corn syrup, low-fat foods, wheat, HFCS, seed oils, trans fats, “diet” and low-fat products and highly processed foods. A low-carbohydrate diet is easier to stay with because it reduces hunger, reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol, Increased HDL (good) cholesterol, Improved triglycerides, Stable blood sugar levels and Weight loss. Most people who goes through a low-carb diet often eats a lot of salads and have vegetables in every meal. I think Baekhyun did say that he eats Salad Chicken Breast, so I assume he is following the low-carb diet, and many people who goes through the same diet eats a lot of salads as well.

If Baekhyun follows this diet it means he can eat beef, hamburger (no bread), steak, chicken, turkey, veal, fish, eggs seafood etc. It also means he will be eating more food that contains protein which has a strong association with improved bone health and a lower risk of fracture. High protein also lowers blood pressure and improves diabetes symptoms, which should lower the risk of kidney failure. Low-carb diets (demonized by nutritionists and the media) have repeatedly been shown to have a better outcome.

One of the best reasons for eating a low-carbohydrate diet is that it will stabilise your blood sugar levels throughout the day, it also helps you focus on eating whole, real foods and eliminate highly processed foods that are full of chemicals and artificial flavourings. When you restrict your intake of carbohydrates, especially highly processed carbohydrates, insulin levels go down and the body can use body fat for energy and that leads to a reduced need for eating and less cravings

Low-Carb diets are the easiest, healthiest AND most effective way to lose weight and reverse metabolic disease like diabetes. They are easier to stick to, probably because they don’t require you to restrict calories and be hungry all the time.

I can’t comment on his diet progress and how he got his abs, since I wasn’t there and have never watched how he diets, but if he were to follow this diet routine then I think it is healthy? The only thing I am concerned is that Xiumin worrying Baekhyun, it kinda makes me feel like there are other things as well which I’m not very sure of.

What’s Wrong With Dairy and Eggs?

“What’s wrong with dairy and eggs?” So many vegans were once vegetarians who asked this same question.

Here’s what MFA staffer Jamie Berger had to say:

When I went vegetarian, I didn’t realize at first that dairy and eggs are part of—not separate from—the meat industry. I later learned that animals raised for dairy and eggs not only endure horrific suffering on factory farms but eventually end up as meat themselves.

Some animals, like male calves and chicks, meet this fate just days after birth. But they’re the lucky ones, compared to the females. Female cows used for milk are repeatedly impregnated, only to have their babies taken away so humans can drink their milk. Egg-laying hens live their entire lives inside dark, dirty sheds and are packed in tiny wire cages so small they can’t even spread their wings. Both cows and hens are killed when their production declines, after just a fraction of their natural lifespan.

Once I learned about all this, I knew I didn’t want to be a part of it. Thinking so-called humane farms would treat animals better, I interned on a grass-fed, organic dairy farm. I saw for myself that all animals raised (and killed) for food are treated as disposable commodities, and I’ve been vegan ever since. I’m happy to know that no cows or chickens suffer because of my diet!
