Tropic Thunder II by Jerry Fryer Via Flickr: First time I’ve ever shot lightning I’m ashamed to say - couldn’t resist the swaying palms & granite rocks as foreground - don’t get that in the Surrey Hills

Loch an Rusgaidh by john mcsporran Via Flickr: Daybreak at Loch an Rusgaidh in The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Scotland. I frequently spend my mornings at this small loch in the heart of the Trossachs, watching the sunrise and drinking my morning coffee. This photo sums up what I love about photography. If we don’t capture scenes like this, “all these memories will be lost in time, like tears in the rain”.
The Crowns of Glencoe by john mcsporran Via Flickr: The morning mists and clouds sit like crowns on top of the Glencoe mountains in the West Highlands of Scotland. Sron na Creise to the left, Buachaille Etive Mor (The Great Shepherd of the Glens) centre, with Buachaille Etive Beag to the right.
