Edward Neumann, aka EMCN, is primarily a photographer but also does abstract composites and image manipulations. His photos reflect the things he finds striking about London – South Bank, Canary Wharf and the West End – he is fascinated by all the different places that punctuate its path as it winds its way through the city. There are some recurring themes that Edward explores, such as the symmetry and leading lines in “Structure” and “Night”; the subject and environment in “Protest” ; the candidness in “City”. Please visit artist’s website or follow his Tumblr for more work.
Edward Neumann (EMCN) is a London based photographer who also dabbles with image manipulations and designs. The majority of what he shoots is heavily centered around the architecture in London, with a strong emphasis on symmetry, perspective and leading lines: “I’m fascinated with geometric patterns to the point where I think it could be called an obsession.” Selected in the context of Artchipel Color On, his work is featured on Artchipel header this week.
