• Her:I'm fine
  • What she means:Why are Myers Briggs types grouped by SP, SJ, NF, and NT? Why are iNtuitives grouped together by if they are thinking and feeling rather than cognitive functions? An XNFJ and an XNFP have none of the same functions, nor does an XNTP and an XNTJ, whereas SJs share Si and SPs share Se. Why are iNuitives not grouped into NPs (types with Ne) and NJs (types with Ni)? Why are we grouping types together that have no similar functions? Why are we grouping types together by stereotypes (smart and science-y for NTs and kind and artistic for NFs)? It is not only insulting to iNtuitives who are actual people and not stereotypes, but also to Sensors who are constantly defined by Si and Se (traditional and boring for Si and reckless and superficial for Se) while NTs as a group are portrayed as geniuses with not much further than that even though XNTPs and XNTJs have NO COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS IN COMMON and NFs are portrayed as artistic visionaries who have some insight to the secrets of life and let me remind you that XNFPs and XNFJs have NO COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS IN COMMON. At least SJs' and SPs' stereotypes are based on cognitive functions twisted though they may be, but NFs' and NTs' stereotype is just based on being iNtuitive and whether they are a thinker and a feeler. It's like who ever made the NTs and NFs into a group forgot that every type has a thinking and feeling function. It's really not fair that iNtuitives are being judged and organized by stereotypes rather than functions. We wouldn't group a ESTP and a ESTJ together based on common traits, so why are we grouping ENTPs and ENTJs together?

who can run for a president: a handy explanation

there are three requirements to be president. you need to be 35 years old, be a natural-born U.S. citizen, and have lived in the united states for 14 years or more. these do not have to be consecutive.

natural-born citizenship

natural-born citizenship is a term used to describe someone to whom the laws of the u.s. apply at their birth. someone born inside the u.s. is a natural-born citizen. somebody born outside of the u.s. to a united states citizen who has had their citizenship for ten years or more is also a natural born citizen

this is angelina jolie. she’s a natural born citizen because she was born in the united states, she is 40 years old, and she has lived here all of her life. she is able to run for president

this is ted cruz. he is 44, and his mother was born in delaware, making him a natural-born citizen. he has completed high school in the united states and has lived here since, meaning he has spent more than 14 years here. idk why you’d vote for him because he’s against abortion and gay marriage, but since he meets the requirements, ted cruz is able to run for president

this is jaden smith. jaden was born in california, making him a natural-born citizen. jaden has lived here all of his 16 years of life, meaning he has passed the 14-year requirement. jaden, however, is not 35. jaden is not able to run for president

this tortoise, named jonathan, is 182. he is, however, not a us citizen, on the account of the fact that he is a turtle and cannot obtain citizenship. he also has lived in britain all of his life. this tortoise cannot run for president
