Keep an eye out for: Kerry’s style underwent a major change in 2012 when she started to work with Erin, which is similar to what happened in 2009 when she started working with Rob & Mariel. This time, however, the change was a major style upgrade for Kerry which has really elevated her fashion profile (and potentially career as well) while also putting Erin’s styling capabilities on the map. In other words, this has been a winning partnership for both Erin and Kerry.
Variety is the spice of life for this formidable duo who love color, patterns and prints, as evidenced above. Feminine dresses are a staple but they don’t shy away from unexpected detailing either (see the cutouts from the white Prada look). And speaking of shy, they’re never afraid to take risks on the red carpet–Kerry’s pink, bejeweled Prada crop top worn while heavily pregnant is the biggest example of this. And while Erin and Kerry have go-to designers to create their red carpet magic including Prada, Miu Miu, Mary Katrantzou, Giambattista Valli and Stella McCartney, I never know what to expect from Kerry. Nonetheless, the overall impression and image they want to project is a cohesive one– polished, fashion forward, whimsical.
Kerry’s red carpet looks have become much more sophisticated over the past 3 years since working with Erin while also maintaining a feminine, elegant and edgy aesthetic, a really cool trick they’ve managed to balance really well.
Ed. note: Once I’ve added more looks on the blog for each stylist, I’ll post a more comprehensive collage of all the stylists (likely) looks!
Additional info on Erin can be found here, here, and here (an oldie but goodie from a previous FNF post)!
When people get way too emotional over a fictional character
There’s nothing wrong with stanning for Olivia but I think some of y’all take shit too seriously. You need to remember she’s just a fictional character and I know that’s easy to forget with Kerry’s phenomenal acting and all but fact is, she is. Stop living vicariously through her, it’s not cute, it’s creepy.
That is something I never understood. I’ve never been to the US so all I know I’ve seen in movies but everytime there was a characters who was poor I always thought that that movie wasn’t very accurate because as far as I’ve seen poor was something worse.
