“I don’t have time to eat healthy.” #lies I had about 20 minutes to get ready and still made sure I made me something good for me to eat. 3 eggs with spinach and spices. I had a bunch of sweet & savory roasted sweet potatoes and parsnip so I cut up some sausage, threw them in a frying pan to make a carb-ilicous hash. After I digest all this food it’s tanning, cardio at one gym, kettlebells at the other and then yoga after that. Warm duck confit salad while meal prepping and Christmas cookie planning after some lifting makes me happy! I enjoy dining alone at a bar, I need to do it more often.
