Yesterday was my last day eating fast food. About to start my journey to a better body. Time to eat healthier and work this body out. Blessing ya TL w/ my before picture. Diet diary: Started full-on diet 2 and a half weeks ago. Cooking fresh food - steamed only. No pasta. No chocolate. No meat except fish. Not that I are much meat anyway.

Lost just over 9 lbs so far. With the help of exercise. Calorie consumption just under 500-1000 a day which is too low, but exercise and diet have actually lowered appetite. I will build up in January I’m sure.

I miss creamy stuff like lattes, I’ve cut down on that too. Don’t miss chocolate that much which is weird.
