Hey Tess! I'm a 16yrs old girl at about 45kgs and 160cm. I eat a mainly starch based hclf vegan diet. I also work out about 3 times a week, (more or less) + I'm walking around. My issue is that I'm only eating around 1500kcal a day atm - and I'm feeling stuffed. Sometimes I eat dinner without even feeling very hungry. I guess I should just try and stuff myself, even though it's very uncomfortable?? Thx 😘
Focus on eating more calorie/nutrient dense foods vs bigger quantity😊
I love my choc berry smoothie as its around 1000 cals and if you make that you can sip it throughout the morning!
Or overnight oats or pancakes as they’re calorie dense and nutritious (heaps of recipes in my ebook)
