eating runs

Resting up for Friday because I’m going to be doing a fartlek run with my PE class, which I’m really excited about. It’ll be quite a challenge I think, but it’ll be so beneficial and might open up a whole new style of running for myself. Also, it’s been a while since I’ve ran alongside my friends so it should be a lot of fun!

Remember that results take time. Like learning how to wear makeup, it’ll take you awhile to find what makeup looks best on you, and how to wear makeup but after awhile you find a good routine and you start looking the best. Just like working out. You won't see the results you want right away, but soon enough if you keep trying and practicing you will start seeing the body that you have been dreaming of.

Afternoon snack. I’ve been feeling tired and sluggish ever since I woke up and working out for over an hour didn’t help either.
It is also one of those days when it is slightly cold and you can wear your spring jacket, there are rain showers thorought the day, everything around is emerald green and blooming and these kinds of days just make me miss Dublin so much that my heart aches.
