I’m a sucker for a spinach, cucumber & tomato salad, although instead of dressing I usually just add fresh lemon juice and it tastes amazing!
I also love adding nuts &a seeds, herbs from my garden and whatever other veggies we have lying around.

2) sliced bell peppers carrots and cucumbers with hummus
