VEGAN EASTER DRAGON EGGS (nutella flavoured)

100gr hazelnuts
200gr dates
3 tsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt

Mix it all in a blender, form eggs and roll in edible glitter. Makes about 25 eggs.

- Pink Sugar Rush Cake, Vegan Cream Eggs, 2 Twinkies, a Raspberry Poptart and Captain Crunch Fruity Berries Cake.

Happy Easter y'all!

VEGAN CARROT CUPCAKES!

Dry:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

(¼ cup raisins)
(1 tsp cinnamon)
(½ tsp nutmeg)

Wet:

1 ½ cups applesauce
1 cup shredded carrots (about 1 large)

Preheat oven to 350F (180 celsius). Simply mix all the wet and all of the dry ingredients separately and then combine them.
Fill into cupcake molds and bake for 20min or until toothpick comes out clean.

Decorate with whatever you want. I used lemon-icing and coloured coconut with lil marzipan-carrots.
