Good grief. Take pictures of your progress, you guys! Even if you don’t think you’re making any! The picture on the top was on April 1st of this year. It was the same week I started Physical Therapy for a Rotator Cuff injury and thought all my progress would be lost.
The bottom picture was taken yesterday, November 7th. Despite limitations in my workouts I still have managed to make some progress!!
