But just imagine Amy first realizing she was in love with Rory. She’s just a confused teenager like not older than seventeen and she realizes her feelings for her best friend are more than what she thought but she thinks he’s gay so she buries it down under everything.

At first she’ll just brush it off and associate with hormones and what have you, she’ll even make fun of herself and this ‘dumb idea’ that came into her head. But further along the line it genuinely hurts especially because now she’s keeping something from the one person she tells everything to. But she can’t even let it show at all because if he found out it would just ruin their friendship.

And all her rushing thoughts and emotions when sHE FINALLY PUTS EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND EVERYTHING IS NOT LOST. SHE RUN’S AFTER HIM.

I’m done forever bye.

Amy and Rory, there for each other always and would do anything for each other. I felt for them a lot, and it’s a shame that Amy and The Doctor had to say goodbye the way they did.

But that’s one thing Moffat is good at - NOT killing off characters, but just finding a way to ‘kill’ them off. I think he did it well with these two.
