4 February: King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and The Princess of Orange attended the wedding of Filippos Lemos and Marianna Goulandris. Princess Alexia and Princess Ariane were included as flower girls. The ceremony took place at the Orthodox Cathedral of St. Sophia near Hyde Park, west London.

Marie Chantal and Pavlos’ son, Prince
Odysseus-Kimon, also served as a ring bearer in the wedding. Princesses Alexia and Ariane of the Netherlands also served as flower girls. .
Upon the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the marriage of Princess Margriet and Professor Pieter van Vollenhoven (10 January 1967), new pictures have been released by Koninklijk Huis of the couple with their four sons (and their spouses), and 11 grandchildren.
The Dutch royal family took refuge in Canada during WW2 occupation, upon the birth of Princess Margriet, the Ottawa maternity ward was temporarily declared to be Dutch territory by the Canadian government. Since then every year the Dutch people send Canada thousands of tulips in appreciation. source
