Legendary Pictures announced today that it will be heading to this year’s Comic-Con International. On Saturday, July 11 at 2:30pm, Nerdist’s Chris Hardwick will host a panel that looks into the studio’s upcoming slate, offering content from films like Guillermo del Toro’s period horror thriller Crimson Peak, Duncan Jones’ video game adaptation Warcraft and the holiday horror film Krampus, the second feature film from Trick ‘r Treat director Michael Dougherty.

Legendary will also maintain a booth (#3920) on the exhibit hall floor, which is set to host a flurry of activity. Look for more information soon regarding talent and filmmaker signings, virtual reality experiences, Warcraft prop photo opportunities and fan giveaways.

Starring Jessica Chastain (Zero Dark Thirty, A Most Violent Year, Tom Hiddleston (Marvel’s The Avengers, Only Lovers Left Alive, Mia Wasikowska (Stoker, Alice in Wonderland), Charlie Hunnam (“Sons of Anarchy,” Pacific Rim) and Jim Beaver (“Supernatural,” Adaptation), Crimson Peak is written by both Del Toro and Matthew Robbins. Set in the aftermath of a family tragedy, the film follows an aspiring author, who is torn between love for her childhood friend and the temptation of a mysterious outsider. Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds… and remembers.

A co-production between Legendary and Universal Pictures, Crimson Peak is produced by Del Toro, Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni and Callum Greene with Jillian Share serving as executive producer. Look for it to hit both 2D theaters and IMAX beginning October 16.

Krampus then arrives this December 4 with a cast that includes Adam Scott, Toni Collette, Emjay Anthony, Allison Tollman, David Koechner, Conchata Ferrell, Stefania Owen and Krista Stadler. It tells the story of young Max, who turns his back on Christmas as his dysfunctional family comes together and comically clashes over the holidays. When they accidentally unleash the wrath of Krampus—an ancient entity from European folklore—all hell breaks loose and beloved holiday icons take on a monstrous life of their own. Now, the fractured family is forced to unite if they hope to survive.

Krampus and his mischievous underlings are being created by the combined efforts of Weta Workshop and Weta Digital, both renowned for their epic work on The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies and King Kong, among many others.

Warcraft, finally, arrives in theaters June 10, 2016, delivering to the big screen a 3D epic adventure of world-colliding conflict based upon Blizzard Entertainment’s globally-renowned universe.
